Do not stay here if you are with family or if you want any service. It can just be an overnight place to sleep and nothing else. The front desk person was so rude. he did not even look up and made eye contact when we were speaking. Despite telling him to pay attention, he was just not bothered. we were experiencing power outage every 2 mins and we asked what is the issue. he very rudely/sarcastically said 'electricity department doesn't tell me their issue, it is a problem at their end, i cant do anything'. He could have just replied the same thing politely. We paid for extra bed when they confirmed that they will give us proper bed. However, it was just a sofa bed which rolls out on floor and not big enough to accommodate a person. Additionally, the water leaks in washrooms from the shower area to the whole washroom. Also, the hotel is on main road and traffic disturbs you the whole night. when we stayed there, there was some 'Jagrata' happening and the music on loudspeaker was blasting till 5am. They have no in-house kitchen so you have to order food from outside. They breakfast which is part of the stay doesn't come before 8am so if u want to leave early, you wont get anything. So overall, I would not recommend to stay at this place.…

I stayed in this hotel on 10 and 11 November'18. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. The decor was excellent. Room service was prompt and the staff was very courteous polite and helpful. The hotel should think about adding variety to the breakfast menu. I got the value of the money that I paid to them. Thank you !!

Awsome hotel in rajkot.booked a studio apartment and complete kitchen setup was available.The staff was also very cooperative when we came late night.Overall a good experience and definately will love to visit again

Room interiors were good and room was clean, but food was really bad. Not even good properly. Breakfast also had very limited options. Again it was half cooked. Overall stay was comfortable except food.

I stayed in this hotel when I visited Rajkot with family for wedding. We booked three rooms and all were good. Staff provided three adjacent rooms on 2nd floor so that we can easily move around.I stayed there for two days and it was good experience. Rooms have excellent interior, cleanliness, many amenities and good room service (thats what we as family experienced, I am not sure about other visitors). They don't have in-house restaurant, either we have to go to adjacent associated restaurant or order in room. Area of improvement: room service can be more attentive and focus should be on order placed. Locationwise, it is little bit away but it is not big concern as if you have car it is well connected by road and have all facilities near by (including hospitals, restaurants, out station luxury pickup/drop points). Personally, I have good experience so I will recommend this hotel.…

The quality of rooms & facilities & the upkeep is superb. The interiors, washrooms are nothing less then a 5 start hotel accommodation. I give 5 starts for the same. The staff working are very humble & polite, however they need to be groomed better to improve the standard of service. The worst & saddest part was the BREAKFAST experience. We had to come out of the premises & go to a café adjoining the building (since they have a tie up with that café). There were only 5-7 things available on the DAILY MENU, i ordered for a omelette & toast. After 20-25 minutes of waiting we were informed that they did not have EGGS, & that they had sent someone to get eggs. I was getting late to work & hence left the café. Sincerely suggest, the hotel management should look into such poor service. I would have given 5 starts other then the outsource CAFE experience.…

I have never experienced class in Rajkot. Somehow n somewhere the staff or the service do mess up. But this hotel is a class apart. Location is a bit offbeat but once u r in here u will forget the world outside. Each room has a different element like earth, water, fire etc and so the decor of each room is as per it's theme. We got 2 rooms and each room was pretty in its own way. The rooms had service kitchen too which was spic n span. The best part is that breakfast is served In the rooms so u don't need to get out of bed till then. The bathrooms n clean and water facilities are fantastic. Would love to stay here again.
