Old postcommunist hotel walking distance away from the centre of Jelsa. Renowation means painting the walls and put some carpets into the room. Pool is terrible and the food is horific. It is one of those hotels in Croatia which needs to be torn down and build again cause the location is not bad at all. Service is done by...

Great location, nice view, near beautiful sand natural beach (tree shaded) just 200m away. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day. We had breakfast and dinner service, which turned out to be really good choice. Both were self served with enough varieties to choose. Breakfast was bit casual, dinner is much better. Nice parking in front of hotel. Only bad thing...

After reading some reviews on here I was a little dubious about booking here, but went ahead and did anyway. I was very happy when I arrived at the hotel, which was a 10 minute walk from the Jelsa bus stop. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, who seemed to be expecting us. We stayed in room 310,...

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Food was good and in a wide variety, but pretty much the same all 10 days. They clean the rooms daily. The hotel charges Wi-Fi 20kn/30min, still cheaper to go to one of the cafes near by where it's free. Every evening there was live music from 8...

Hotel is very big, there are two kind of rooms renovatede and unrenovated. We got unrenovated although we asked for the new one (price is the same, they don't allow you to pay extra for the new room). Our room had an old dirty carpet with stains all around, like all carpets in the hotel ( on the corridors, in...

Hotel is in nice location, with sea view and 10 min walk from the cosy center of Jelsa town. For children there is a beach with shalow water and sand just a few min walk away. By car, there there are great places to visit around (Soline, Zavala, Pakleni otoci - Jerolim...). The food was great, rooms are ok, lacking...

Nice hotel situated in a good place - walk down hill to the town of Jelsa, there is also a small sandy beach at the foot of the hill. Really enjoyed the break here, would definitely go back. Visited Hvar town one day which was nice and worth a visit . Restaurants in the town all really helpful and excellent...

We last stayed at this hotel 29 years ago in 1981 when it was the Hotel Mina. To our delight we found that not only had the hotel maintained the same character after so many years but incredibly our waiter from 1981, Dragan, was still at the hotel, although these days he works at the Pool Bar. There were obviously...
