Detailed Reviews
The hotel is brand new with a lot of construction nearby, , but not heavy construction, so it was quiet. The hotel is situated quite near the beach and a couple of KMs outside of town and not near anything like shops, convenience stores etc. You will need to rent a scooter, which the hotel can provide or seek private transport. The room was really good, very spacious, good wifi, smart TV and very large balcony. Bathroom was very good, the air-conditioning very good. Breakfast was a little disappointing as I am used to a buffet, but you could select from three dishes, eggs, noodles, soup or Bo Kho.
I had both eggs and Bo Kho. The Bo Kho was delicious albeit, a small portion. Coffee is made from a proper coffee machine and was ok.
Staff speak very little English, so was happy I had my Viet speaking wife with me. Although the hotel is very new and the staff inexperienced, we still enjoyed our stay.

Review:
★☆☆☆☆
Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise against staying here. We initially booked for two nights but left after just one because our experience was so frustrating. Our bus arrived at 3 am, and when we called the hotel for assistance getting a taxi, they couldn’t help us at all. We were left stranded and had to scramble to book another hotel room elsewhere in the middle of the night. It’s a shame because we’ve been travelling for weeks in hostels and this was the first hotel we treated ourselves to.
When we finally checked in, the place was completely deserted. We were the only guests there, so I asked if they could upgrade our room since the hotel was empty, but they still insisted on charging us for everything. I will say the rooms were beautiful, but that’s about the only positive thing I can mention. Unfortunately, the hotel is about an hour’s walk from the main town, with absolutely nothing to do nearby, making it very inconvenient. On top of that, the staff barely spoke English, which made communication quite difficult.
The worst part, however, came after we checked out. Less than an hour after leaving, we received an email saying we were being charged 2,600,000 VND for a duvet cover, pillowcases, and towels that they claimed were “too dirty to wash.” There’s no way they could have tried washing them in less than an hour and written such a long email. Do not trust at ALL.
I wish we had never booked this place and stuck to hostels. Avoid this place at all costs

+1
The hotel is new so the room is very nice, reasonable price near the beach, there is a breakfast cafe on the ground floor, if you want more privacy you can use the service on the 6th floor. The interior is neat, luxurious, neoclassical...
Super cute, thoughtful, enthusiastic staff...
