The photos that are available in website of standard rooms are not same. Rooms and washroom are too small with no mountain view from rooms. Basically it's not a proper hotel for a person who will be in gangtok for enjoying the mountains. Room was clean. Behaviour of staffs are too good. It's a bit far from MG Marg. Ultimately rates are high compared to other hotel with better facilities.

Great location, authentic service and food. Rooms were very spacious, even the standard category, washrooms and rooms had every necessary equipment. Gelnburn tea was the special addon present in the room, for the first time I had this experience of tea making in the room. Great all in all.

The staff was Okay. But the Rooms and Hotel interiors are not Hygienic. The Towels were faded and dirty. Make my Trip booked us in a Std Room that had No windows. It was so suffocating that we left the Hotel Immediately today within 30 mins of checking in and moved to a better Hotel. Make my trip was not Reachable on Mobile , On the App, On the Whatsapp...

Mr. Pasang Sherpa organized a customized tour for us as per our requirements. He didn't charge for any advance money which usually the Tour Organizers generally do and Pasang Ji treated me as his brother. The tour of Sikkim was amazing and went as per plan. Thanks Pasang Ji for arranging such a smooth tour for us. I will recommend Mr. Pasang Sherpa to anyone whom I come across who is visiting Sikkim.

Room sizes are good better than denzong shangrila & spa gangtok property in size, rest both property are owned by same person so breakfast, lunch, dinner will be done in denzong shangrila property only

It was value for money. Staff was very kind and courteous and also quick turn around Neat and clean hotel and room with heater provided. Breakfast was also very good. Location of the hotel is also good. They have car parking too

Good hotel. Probably old property taken over by new management recently. Rooms are little small, but nicely furnished. Little issue with the dust etc for being closed for many days (Covid) and very little occupancy. But they gave us another room, though not of the same category. Very modest & courteous staff. Always eager to help and assist. Restaurant is located in the next property. Good food and service. Amazing views from the restaurant.
