Well sanitized , staff with masks , luggage was sanitized with some sprayer gun kind of machine on arrival. Social distancing marks were on reception floor and restaurant chairs, posters on covid awareness all overand hand sanitizers ....All this don't know how effective but gives a sense of security. Apart from this , good food , good views from the room and helpful staff. Business trip, was little jittery to travel but the precuationry measures are appreciated.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Golden Crest. Good service. Spacious room. Quality food (only vegetarian). Location wise little far from MG Marg but taxis are available round the clock charging only Rs.30/head. Walking distance to Ropeway station. Overall highly recommendable.

Each and every hotel staffs right from the reception to the restaurant and room services, all are really polite, always address you politely, you will definitely remember their beautiful behavior after a long. They are always willing to help you. Rooms are really specious with mountain view. Hotel located in Amdo Golai, which is 2.4 km from M.G Marg entrance. You can hire any local taxi from Amdo Golai for Only 25 rupees for each person. This hotel has its own restaurant, it serves delicious veg foods if you want to have non veg delicacy, then ask them, they will arrange it from outside restaurant with some extra charges.

Quiet satisfied with the service. The staff here is polite and co-operative. They action timely on any issue raised and are flexible with guest preferences. If booking via travel agent ensure Heater cost is inclusive else the same is separately charged. If ordering Jain food for dinner then try jain kolhapuri. Special thanks to Dinesh & Nikhil!

Stay at the hotel was very pleasant. There was absolutely no flaw in services they provided. Breakfast did have a variety on all 3 days of my stay and was delicious. Room size was good enough to keep luggage along with a lot of sitting area. Housekeeping on a daily basis making sure hygiene parameters are checked.
One of the thing they can do is to construct terrace or private balconies in premium rooms. The view of mountain from rooms can be enhanced by it.

The hotel is located in a central area which is in close proximity to various tourist attractions, making them very accessible. The hotel itself is well-maintained by the co-operative and courteous staff (headed by Mr. Dinesh Chettri) and the same extends to the rooms. The Wi-Fi here is amazing and extremely fast, which is a pleasant surprise, as this is a mountainous region. Apart from all this, our favorite aspect of our stay at The Golden Crest was the breakfast provided. By having a variety of dishes every morning, which can satisfy every palate, it truly gives us a reason to wake up and get out of the room! If we come back to Sikkim for another trip, this is the hotel we'd undoubtedly stay at, and we'd recommend the same to our friends and family.

The hotel is located on the National Highway and MG Marg is not very far from here. The best part is the room of the hotels are ventilated while most hotels don't provide ventilations. The food and Staff of the hotel are also good, Mainly Dinesh Ji was very helpful to arrange the taxis for sightseeing, etc.

Me and my wife was very happy to stay in this hotel, from reception to the restaurant everything was set up perfectly and handled perfectly by the management. It’s a good place to feel home safe with the atmosphere and doing what is required is most important from the manager to receptionist all are well experienced and helpful for us. It was my honeymoon trip to north for first time they impressed me to stay again in the same hotel and they decorated and did honeymoon decoration for my room which was awesome and my wife loved it.. I wish you must continue the same.. I hope will come back soon

Visited Gangtok for an Audit work. Chose this hotel owing to its reviews and location. Booked a premium room at Dirt cheap price for the view and amenitity and comfort it offered’ it was worth 5k upwards whereas I paid 3k due to some off season offers. Good food, great Staff, best hotel for a quiet work from Holiday!
