Lacking in all basic amenities except the Location. They need lot of improvement in cleanliness, hygiene, odour, room service, mattress, bed linen, floor mats, washroom amenities, drinking water, restaurant, number of staff, well trained staff and all. My experience was so bad that I checked in and checked out within 3 hours even after paying a full day tariff of ₹2060/- for a basic room.

Before booking thinks ten times. Facilities are. below low budget hotel. Rude and unprofessional staff. No morning breakfast in time . Quality is just like road side shop.No Maint at all, door lock not working

There was a water main break around Gangtok and there was no water for both the days we stayed. Staff did supply water intermittently but there was no clear communication on what the status was. They never told us till we checked in. Rooms were ok but lot of noise from the road. Very difficult to understand what the staff was trying to communicate. Breakfast was good. No phone in the room and no way to communicate with the staff. Staff did help us find a taxi for our onward journey. Overall not a good feeling Location was good.

While booking the room it was shown in the MMT app that the room has a lounge and a private terrace. When we checked in we saw there was a lounge kind of place outside the room and was common for the entire floor of 5 rooms, the terrace was also similarly common for the entire floor. So selling this room category mentioned as a room with lounge and terrace is not correct and this feels like cheated. The room didn't have a television. We requested the hotel staff to get a tv installed so they did that for us while taking out the tv from the other room. The hotel claims to be a 3 star property but they don't have the basic amenities like morning kit, body wash, toilet paper in the washroom. The towels provided were so stinky and full of used patches that we went out and bought 2 towels for us. The bedsheets were so dirty and it had stains of the previous guests hair dye and gutkha. The hotel provides RO water in an open jug which doesn't have a lead. If you wish to buy packaged drinking water they don't have and we had to buy from outside every time we required. A hotel claiming to be 3 star didn't have any buffet for breakfast. The first day we went for breakfast we saw no buffet, when we asked they said they have poha and poori sabji in the kitchen and if we want they will give us a portion. That was really surprising for us and we left the place and had our breakfast for all three days at Burger King which is just next door. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant or any menu in the room. We had to have all our meals outside inspite of the rainy weather we got. So the moral of the entire story is that the hotel is not at all a 3 star property. The room category shown in MMT was a bluff for us. Will never recommend anyone to stay in this property if not you are looking for a budget stay.…

I have stayed here several times and get same good, consistent service everytime. Their location is great which makes me choose this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. There is good food cafeteria around and even shopping. Bathrooms are clean.

Lovely hotel on the Walking street and great value of money. All Amenities available including car park, elevators and great team of staff. I loved their club rooms facing the mountains and the Kanchenjunga. It even has attached open terrace and lounge

Ideal location . We visited early July - lean tourist month , had practically the whole premise for ourselves . Rooms are quite big and optimal . Best part was early morning tea & breakfast - cooks were amazing . Business Area & Shopping Area was within walking distance . Large option of restaurants nearby .
