Very nice hotel staff and management. Full of hospitality and warm gesture. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Sukman receptionist - v efficient, even Anushka gave excellent service.
Tikaram Bell-boy was also extremely helpful.

Sumitel Gangtok location is just ok, as compared to other Sumitel locations.
Main problem is elevator not working especially when u r put up on 1st level & the restaurant is on 5th level.
People r not used to climbing 4 storeys 4 times a day.
Elevator repair needs urgent attention.
Rooms were good except bathroom area, v congested, slightly dirty & perpetually smelly.
Bathroom/drainage smell requires urgent attention.
The light coming from glass above bathroom disrupts the other passenger's sleep.
Food was quite good.
Variety of fish to be included more.
It is because of excellent service that we enjoyed our stay.
