Rufina Pinasa is a great place to stay with best hospitality services. I and my friends stayed at this places for 3 nights. The rooms are very hygienic and they come with some amazing mountain views. The staff was really very very sweet, especially Raj and Radhika from staff team. I would always recommend this hotel for anyone who’s planning to stay at gangtok.

We highly recommend to stay at Rufina Pinasa Residence situated at Manbir colony Lower Burtuk Gangtok Sikkim. The property is so nett and clean and the view from the rooms of the hotel is so awesome. All the hotel staffs were so co-operative. We heartely thanks to ma'm Salena and all staffs for their kind supports and helps while staying at the hotel. The foods we got are so testy and even thanks to all the kitchen staffs. Over all we rated the property as 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . We even recommend our friends to stay at Rufina Pinasa Hotel at Gangtok Sikkim. We'll surely stay again at this hotel while visiting to Sikkim Gangtok.

From the hotel ambience to the room stay every minute detail was taken care very preciously and thought about from a guest’s convenience standpoint. All the staff members were good at their work. Overall, an amazing stay experience, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and hospitality. Despite us getting booked in at the last minute by the travel agent, and arriving at 11 pm, they took a pre-order of food and kept it hot for us. They were proactive to make us a cup of tea in the morning, and organise the other toiletries. Highly recommend.

Extremely grateful to stay in the hotel, all staffs found to be so co-operate. The property is located in such a beautiful place. The hotel is so neet and clean. The front office staffs are so co- operative, special thanks to ma'm Salena Chettri for her dedication to the property. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and property manager Ms. Salina staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
