Best hotel I have ever had stayed in. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Especially the manager of this hotel is very friendly. The food quality is excellent and fabulous. If you are in Gangtok I prefer you 'The Royal Heritage' hotel.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staffs were amazing and very helpful. They make our stay enjoyable. Food was delicious. This is a great hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok.

Extremely professional hospitality. The manager and the staffs here were so polite and respectful, the management is very perfect. Especially the food here served was top notch. The hotel staffs (team) were very genuine at their respective work including the staff working in restaurant section. Kudos to The Royal heritage team. I would definitely advise all the future coming tourist to accomodate here.

During my recent trip to Gangtok, India, I stayed at an amazing hotel called "The Royal Heritage". From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the service and the ambiance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they catered to my every need throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. They were well designed with modern amenities and gave a luxurious feel. The bed was so comfortable that I almost didn't want to leave my room. The bathroom was modern and had all the necessary toiletries. The housekeeping staff was efficient and discreet. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and most important it was healthy, and they offered a wide variety of dishes on their menu.

It was a pleasure staying at The Royal Heritage which is a nice hotel with delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast buffet is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the staff is very good and kind, always will to help. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

An excellent stay. Superb food. Awesome staff members. Its a 10 star feeling. The owner was always there to help you. All the staff members are always there to give you an at home feeling. Although the price of the food is little on higher side, the taste is so good.
