The staff is very polite and courteous. The food is lip smacking. The location of the hotel is very apt …close to the market. Got a very warm welcome and a parting souvenir from the hotel. We shall recommend this hotel.

Hotel is easily accessible. Staff was cery courteous on arrival and checking-in took 2 minutes. Room and bathroom were very small. Staff was very courteous and every request was taken care immediately. Breakfast and Dinner were fine. Menu was not very extensive but food quality was good. Room did feel a little suffocating at night as ventilation was a problem. However overall stay was enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are decent and the staff is good. The hotel is situated on a single lane road which gets blocked every morning when the tourists start their travel. We couldn't sleep for 2 nights during our stay as the dogs kept barking all night and the power was shut down through out the night. After having a bad sleep the breakfast further spoiled our stay. There were not many options to choose from and the ones served were not up to the mark. The upma was dry and tasteless. The idlis too were pathetic. I never had such dray pasta in my life ever. Thankfully there was live a dosa counter but the batter got over before we could order one. Our room didnt have any view. Overall didnt like the stay and found it over priced. Wouldn't recommend.

Our stay at hotel shangrillla was amazing and we had a very great stay there. The staff at the hotel was very approachable and kind to us. They were extremely sharp and helpful at all times of the day. Jason and Augustine stood out to me because of their dedicated work and politeness. The food at the hotel was delicious and tasty and fresh in all meals.

Only Room size are normal rest everything was good, property ambience was good, food was good, staff was cooperative ,roof top restaurant is there, you can see Kanchenjunga mountain view & city view too

Pasang Ji is really a man of his words. He is extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend him. We have been really satisfied with all the tours which were conducted by him. All his drivers are efficient and friendly. Almost we felt that Pasang Ji is one of our family person.

Mr. Pasang Sherpa is one gem of a person who operated our local tour. He was very co-operative and respectful. He guided us genuinely throughout the tour. He owns a fleet and has good drivers. I would hoghly recommend him for Gangtok-Darjeeling tour.
