The hotel is very good in every aspect. It is in a good location, walkable distance to MG Marg, Lal Bazaar, cab stand. The food is very nice and it is vegetarian. We have had our breakfast and dinner and it was really good. All the staff members are very humble and helpful. I would surely recommend to choose your stay at Pearl Retreat.

Hotel location is good. All supportive staff are well co-operative. Kitchen is pure Veg. which is added advantage for pure Veg people. Kitchen preparations are good and staff very polite. Rooms / bathrooms / linens are AVERAGE, not that much clean which you may find in other branded hotels.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Pearl Retreat. Good and clean rooms, nice hospitality. Breakfast was good, more than enough for 2 persons. Rooms dont have a view, but it was told by the management before booking and reminded before check-in. MG Marg at a walking distance. Value for money.

Location of Pearl Retreat is good as it is closer to MG Marg. On the flip side one has to climb three slopes & a bridge to reach MG road. Good for Cardio! Room service was lightening. Boys were very polite & well behaved. Mr. Vicky is helpful and helped us to combine Teme tea garden and Buddha Park in the same trip. Otherwise we were thinking of doing them separately. He provided his own SUV . Appreciate for his gesture. Thanks. He arranged our trip to Nathala pas which was memorable. Driver Mr.Jidendar was friendly and sincere. . He took care of all our transport requirements. Good drivers, reasonably good cars. Driver Mr. Bhim was friendly and helpful. Food was good and healthy. No complaints. But menu can be more innovative and varied.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from MG road. The staff is very good. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast served was delicious and had loads of options. This was one of our best and value for money stays in the entire Sikkim trip.

Very good place, specially for family. We group of 6 (2 senior citizens, couple and 2 kids) , all of us liked this hotel. Courteous Staff ensured all of us are comfortable. Food is also good. Close to Taxi stand and 10 mins walk and steep Climb to Mg marg. I loved the view from their terrace, specially in morning. For elders, it will be steep climb to road for 100 mts. I used taxi for elders to go out of hotel. Thanks Again hotel staff, management for making our trip memorable

Hotel is loctaed near MG marg, about 7-10 mins walk. Rooms are spacious, well equiped with basic amenities such as kettle, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap & moisturizer). They also provide room slippers. I would give 5 stars to the service in Pearl retreat. You call for room sevice and things are available within a blink of an eye. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Breakfast spread is okay but again the service is what makes it special. Helped pack some breakfast while we were returning. They also informed us that Deltin provides free pick up and drop. Had a wonderful stay and if you are coming to Gangtok, do stay at Pearl Retreat.

The hotel location is good as it is 5 mins away from MG Marg(although some steep incline, not at all suitable for elderly people). There is no view from the rooms. The rooms are well equipped. Food is on the costlier side, lift not working. Found front desk guy to be very grumpy. We were welcomed with smiles in 5 other hotels of the trip, but not here.

We had a family trip last year on Gangtok( Sikkim) and Darjeeling. In Gangtok we opt hotel Pearl Retreat for stay. And it's really a good and clean hotel for stay in Gangtok. Room services are so fast. We had over all experience was good here.
