We stayed in two rooms for 2 nights. Overall a nice property away from hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were cozy and had wooden flooring. We were allocated adjacent rooms which was convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly... always quickly available for our needs...be it Beena at reception, Mona and Anish at the Restaurant. This is one of the Big plus of the resort. When we wanted to go to MG Marg Beena helped out with a Taxi reference and we had a smooth trip. Good show.... The driver charged Rs 400 from MG Marg to Hotel. The restaurant (Grains) was nice. It's a pure Veg restaurant with Buffet Breakfast and Dinner. Live Karoke performance on both nights was enjoyable. Areas of improvement - Menu can be improved both for Breakfast and Dinner. You could learn from your sister concern Udaan Himalay in Darjeeling which had a great spread. Also as soon as we checked in towels were short and only one set each was provided (later at night the remaining set was provided) - reason was due to weather vendor did not return fresh set on time. Surely you can have sufficient buffer inventory to meet such requirements.…

Nice area and great view. Amazing food. Staff such as Bina, Rachna and Dinesh were quite polite and helpful. We had forgotten some clothes at this resort but still got it back through courier. So good service even after we left the resort. So overall good.

This is a perfect property for the ones who wants to stay away from the hustling & bustling city life in the lap if a nature. Though, the property is bit away from the gangtok city centre & the food served here is vegetarian, but the food served here is fantastic. The food service offered by the staff especially Miss. Mona is realy admirable. Indeed worth a stay over here & value for money!!

We were in this resort for 4 days with my family.This a beautiful property with very nice view.Rooms are awesome and though property is bit far from MG road,it is a very calm and beautifully located.The entire staff - Mr Saha- Manager, Sumit, Debdeep, Mona, Anupam & Roumadep are very courteous and prompt.The food is awesome and have good buffet spread.

The resort is located away from the Gangtok city in a very scenic place. The resort is very clean. The staff is courteous and the food is good. There will be live music in the night which is mesmerizing. The only disadvantage is that it is very far from the city. You cannot go to city for shopping and also it takes lot of time to pick up and drop from the tourist spots
