They will ignore your requests, give lame excuses, even won't provide water bottle after asking multiple times.

Rooms are very badly maintained. Tables and wardrobes are broken, Bathrooms smells and full of mosquitoes. Very bad staff service. No one is present at reception most of the time to help you. Overall I would suggest nt to book this hotel
