Awesome services. Cleaning, reception desk, food, behaviour all are excellent.Some bad odour was observed in room, I think it may be wooden work of the room. I stayed other hotel at M G Road earlier, The same odour was observed in that hotel also. But I am fully satisfied.

This hotel has no parking. Rooms are average with old furniture and we got bathroom bulb blinking. It’s not a four star hotel, but hardly a two star. We asked for early morning breakfast a day before, but was not served till 8:30 Am next day. We had to leave without complimentary breakfast, which had paid for.

Nice lcation nice hotel nice staf little above mg market gangtok .Room service was daily basis and bathroom was very good with 24 hours hot water service.Lift facility and power back up was available.Complementory umbrella was provided.

This hotel is centrally located in mg marg. You step put of hotel. Walk 20 30 steps and boom you are standing on Mg Marg. Its easily accessible via car. Please choose this hotel especially if you have senior citizens accompanying you. They have lifts too. Also, their balcony room gives good view of the mg marg. I would stay with them again.

The hotel is situated very close to M G Road market. There was no tap water on the days on which we were staying there because the major pipe line supplying water to Gangtok was damaged. The hotel supplied us bottled drinking water for each of our needs including a bath. The staff is polite and well behaved.

Location: good considering M G Marg. No natural view from Hotel. Lift was out of order during my stay period 4 nights (my 04 room for 4 days in level 4). Breakfast very poor. Support: Very poor. U have to ask for everything like dental kit, soap, tea coffee etc. professional attitude is poor. no credit card payment facilities.

Nice hotel I am very happy to stay here. 2 minutes walking distance from mg Marg and hotel staff are very nice 🙂.and food was awesome and room service also very good. Room was net and clean. All fecility are available.

Had a great experience in Hotel Jewel of the East Residency and Spa. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel even helped us in booking a cab for our tour. So overall, had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend the place to tourists.

Very spacious, reasonably priced rooms, very near to MG Marg, the tourist hotspot in Gangtok. Courteous staffs, great foods and clean and well maintained room needs special mention. Have good overall amenities like lift, travel desk, full- time geysers, etc.
