Worst experience with the staff particularly the manager Lawrance. Booked a hall and dining for family function but they sold the dining room to another person without our knowledge and served us lunch outside a toilet waiting room with handwash inside small toilets. Food service was poor and not as advertised for the high charges. Will never ever recommend this place to anybody for their cheap double standards and flawed service.

In spite of calling ahead and asking the reception to keep our room ready, there was a huge delay. We reached around 3:30 PM and the reception staff told us to have lunch and come so that they can get the room ready until then :( The room was neat and good. The breakfast spread was good and tasty

A great stay. Comfortable bed, clean room and toilet with all toiletries provided, a lovely pool and most fantastic breakfast. Breakfast was just lovely and had a large spread. Stay is special when you are served with smiling people. So loved the stay

It was a pleasant experience with all basic amenities, nice clean rooms and a good spa and swimming pool available. Although we didn't got time to enjoy our stay within the hotel but yes, we did roam around the city and mainly had food at the hotel. The room service and restaurant options are both really good and worth the taste. The hotel location is little away from the beach but that won't matter if you hire a taxi. Overall a great place to stay.

Mr S Basha - Front Office was extremely professional and courteous. The prompt service made a big difference. It was thoughtful of Mr Jalal to attend to our guest requirements and raise the standards.. The buffet is good and the staff at the restaurant very quick and spontaneous. Keep up the good work .

I stayed with my Family for 2 nights and I must say that the hotel was buzzing with both Leisure and business guests, Very centrally located with close proximity to all places of interest in Pondicherry. The rooms are spacious with all ammenities. The hotel has enough of parking and landscaping with a beautiful childrens playground as well. Food and services were excellent and ones must try the Bar snacks from the menu. BreaKfast choices are good with a right mix of both local and international delicacies. I want to thank Basha and his team for the wonderful arrangement. We had a memorable stay and will recommend the hotel strongly.

The one star here is probably just for the breakfast, smiling watchman, valet parking guys and restaurant staff. The hotel is no where near to the claims of 3 star standards. Check-in time is 12pm, we reached around 2pm on friday and yet the room was not ready. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to even check-in. The bed-sheet and blanket both had visible stains. On complaining, housekeeping staff changed the same. The linens are very old ones and the towels even had holes in it(photo attached). The bathroom fixtures are old and rusted. Bathroom walls are not cleaned properly. We even had dirty yellow water in the tap (all photos attached). The AC piping is done as if it's a budget hotel. The table lamp was worn-out. One of the table drawer was not getting closed. Instead of fixing issues with existing rooms, they are building new rooms on a new floor. Front-desk staff and the manager are not good. I had booked through Agoda and as per their policy hotel is supposed to provide GST invoice. I had mentioned the same during the check-in and asked even half an hour before check-out showing the Agoda's policy page. Inspite of this they did not issue an invoice. After check-out, placed the request again through agoda for GST invoice and even then it was not provided. Waited a week before posting this review to give them enough time, yet they don't seem to follow the rules and care for customers! …

Bad. Never ever will recommend this hotel. Need good renovation, paid 8k for this and it is of absolute waste. Shower needs attention, lawn view is so bad and boring. Dinner was charged at 1100 per person and it is not good either. Even competitor hotels only charge 1000 per person with better food and ambience. Breakfast was complimentary but not impressive either. So mediocre. No universal port changing is available in the room and kettle was rusted. Pretty disgusting experience for us tbh.
