Le mirage is as the name says an sweet spot in an unknown old colonial town. The staff and the place had a sense of feel at home element to it. They are highly professional and friendly at the same time. The facility has a great ambience with a roof top dine in and a pub. 5 thinks to look forward when u arrive at Le mirage.
1. Friendly staff and atmosphere 2.Clean and hygienic rooms 3.Delicious food 4.Ease of access to most tourist attraction as you can easily commute by foot as well as there is an rent a bike service located on close proximity to the hotel. 5. Lot of fun loaded and lovable memories.

Area is near by white town, rocky beach. Good area, nice hospitality, clean rooms influenced by french themes. We enjoyed our stay and lastly thank you Mr Rashid sir for great discounted price even on weekend also felt overwhelmed for such a special treatment by a very beautiful rangoli. I am YouTuber, channel name Gayatri Kumbharkar Roy, sir has been so cooperative when I asked him for his shot for my vlog.

Overall a very good stay at Le Mirage! Room hygiene, housekeeping etc was good. Very friendly staff, specially Mr. Rashid, who handles the front desk there. He helped us with arranging local 2 wheeler, taxi to Chennai airport as well. Very courteous and helpful.
The hotel is located at the very center of White town, so all major attractions and cafes are within 5-7 mins distance. Rock beach is also within 5 mins distance from the hotel.

1. The hotel is nothing like what they have shown in pictures. The place is smelly , and walls are soggy.
2.It feels like it's never been maintained since it's built.
3.The toilet seat was broken.they did nothing to improve the situation.
4. Paid early checkin : We arrived in the city earlier than the mentioned check in time ie 1 pm. So we called the manager if we can avail early check-in ? He agreed and asked us to come and then started asking extra money for the early check in. We were a group of 4 and had booked 2 rooms for the same day, so he asked for 2200 extra amount. When we started to leave he bargained and asked for 900 . But anyways we did not give in for his cheap tactics.
5.They will not give you any breakfast ,they don't prepare in their kitchen.They'll get vada and idli packed from the local tea shop and that only is the breakfast available.
6.Not worth the money. Go for a hygienic and better place

In most of my trips to Pondy, I have stayed in Le Mirage. Have found it to be the best in terms of room ambiance, cleanliness and customer service. Mr. Rashid helped us out throughout the trip, from early check-in to understanding our other basic needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place with easy access to the cafes, beaches and rentals

Le Mirage is one of the best budget, yet excellent place to stay if you are visiting Pondy. The rooms were very clean and neat. We stayed for 2N and never had the need to call to the reception for any kind of discomfort or complaint. Right from the moment we checked in until checkout we had a very good experience. We are sure to stay here for all our future visits to Pondy. A special mention about the Manager Rashid. A very welcoming person who makes us feel comfortable with excellent hospitality.

I stayed with my family with a kid. All staffs are very cordial and cooperative especially Mr. S. Baskaran and Mr. Rashid. Very helpful and guided properly. it was lovely stay. location wise very near to all the points. Definitely recommend Le Mirage. loved it

Visited in January 2022. Location is nice all important places like White town, Promenade beach , cafes and food joints are near by.

Its completely safe & pleasant stay is assured..
But, there may be parking problem for ur car, if u r about to stay on Sunday (local market will be opened on sundays)..Although, U can park ur vehicle at the end of the hotel street..
There are more places to choose from in the Pondicherry area.
