The Reception staff was warm and welcoming. We were ushered in to the Junior Suite that we had booked..The junior suite was spacious, comfortable, clean and neat, with adequate furnishings. The rest room was spick and span with adequate toiletries.
The in-house Le Menera Restaurant was great, having a good spread vegetarian buffet, warm and delicious, easy on the stomach. The Restaurant supervisor Mr. Ganesan, the staff Karuna and the other 3 girls whose names I am not able to recollect were very courteous, warm with an intent to ensure that we had a good time. Hats off to them.
Mr. Ramesh Lakshmanan, the General Manager, is a genial man; in a polite, humble manner he makes sure that guests are comfortable. No doubt this quality in him has rubbed off to the entire staff at he hotel. A special mention about Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Soundarya (and a few others whose names I do not recollect but whose contribution at Reception was equally vital) for their pleasant, welcoming demeanour.
The housekeeping staff, though good, need to improve on their response time; I.e. the time taken between the time an order/requirement was placed and the actual delivery of the order.
In these post-covid times, it would really be wise, if the Hotel arranges to place, in every room, a bottle of hand wash as a part of standard toiletries.
The location of the hotel, the parking facilities are great, truly.

Not recommend to anyone, it's worst than local lodge or hotel. This can be considered as only 1 star category hotel standards. Only the entrance ambience is good. As we were regular customers of Le royal park from many years we have expectations about the neatness of rooms & toilet. But this year it was very disappointing experience with this hotel. The rooms were very dirty, while we checked in the floor was not clean ( ice cream sticks, food particles dust etc), side tables with full dust, toilet was the worst, floors corners and glass partition with thick black stains which is left not cleaned properly for years. The hand shower was broken, closets was very dirty as seen in public toilets.After multiple reminders to clean the toilet no one came on 1st day. 2nd day for name sake housekeeping staff poured some water and wiped and left. No floor clean was done. 3 & 4 day no housekeeping service was done. Housekeeping staffs also shows their attitude if ask for toilet rolls or any other services. They don't want to do their duties and they are not even trained well . Coming to the restaurant part, there was a lady staff at the entrance of restaurant who doesn't know head or tail of customer service and very rude behavior to customers. She doesn't even understands English, if we order anything to her, she will forget and we need to call multiple staffs to get the ordered to be placed. Over all it was very disgusting and horrible experience with Le Royal Park and we will never come back to this hotel for sure

The stay was pleasant. The room service and staff were friendly. Would definetley recommend this place and will come again. The housekeeping was also prompt. Would recommend the breakfast buffet to be a little more varied. All the 3 days had a very similar breakfast option.

Cheaters they are. They will charge unnecessarily. While check ins they have some refreshments in room but the waiter who will accompany you will not disclose this and will tell you it’s a refreshment, while checkout they will say it’s chargeable and on asking they will say it’s written in document which you sign. So if you are planning to stay at this hotel first read the document thoroughly and then check in . I can say hidden charges are there at every steps. Also the charges are more than the mrp of packaged items
