Detailed Reviews
We were there in December, 2024 and booked a violet villa comprising 04 BHK. Here are the pros and cons we experienced during our stay:-
Pros:- 1)Â Â It is a vast property. It has two swimming pools one for guests and one for learners as they also impart swimming training to locals. Both the swimming pools are beautifully maintained.
2)Â Â Â Â The rooms were big and separately situated giving ample space.
Cons:-Â 1)Â Â Â It is about 04 KM away from the main city of Pondicherry and in a remote and secluded area. I was informed by my auto driver while coming from Pondicherry that it is a dangerous area in night where the incidents of snatching are common on pedestrians.
2)Â Â Â As it is a jungle area, there are some big mosquitoes and lizards that refuse to go away.
3)   The rooms are having basic amenities like basic double bed, tv, almirah etc. But they way we have been charged, I was expecting better room conditions.
4)Â Â Â In their restaurant, they cook both veg and non veg food like dosa, omlette etc. on the same dosa tava simultaneously which can cause problem to staunch vegetarians. Though the food quality was good yet the food served at the complimentary breakfast was same throughout our stay and had nothing to offer for the north Indians.
5)    Overall not well maintained and gives untidy vibes. Even the reception area is most untidy area.

Pros:-
1. Two swimming pools are there and they are maintenaned well. Swimming tubes, if used, should be bought. There is no notice on the same, so be cautious.
2 . Ample care parking.
3. Hot water for bath was available.
4. AC and fans were working properly.
Cons:-
1. Approach road to the resort is narrow.
2. Cleanliness needs to be upgraded.
3. Bathroom's ventilator holes are quite large and obviously uncomfortable while taking bath. There is no provision to close it temporarily, at least while taking bath.

We visited the resort in August.
stayed in cottage and parents stayed in AC cottage/room
AC rooms are like independent house only.just ok.
here's short view.
Pros:
-very calm for peace lovers
-if you are with family/friends can enjoy outside a lot
-good swimming pools (2 pools, 1 is big enough to enjoy)
-lots of trees, really feels like private farm house
-ducks roaming in the enterence to welcome
-descent breakfast and good staff..
cons:
-very bad food..less options.
-somewhat far from main road, and prob is it has very narrow stretches in between to reach
-cottage was too much raw and rustic
-fan won't help in day time, that hot it is
-some basic insects likelizards, small spiders etc are expected as it being cottage
-very small windows

I stayed with my family on May-2018. Booked the property over Phone & took a evening trip from City to the farmhouse. The Staff received us well even at odd hours. Based on booking a Cottage was allocated. The pathway to the cottage was badly lit & the cottage allocated was also dingy. The switches were not working properly. To add to the woes we had a friendly visitor who disturbed our peaceful sleep throughout night - Two kitten!! My god - we were taken aback when they jumped, upon opening the door.
Morning complimentary breakfast had too few options. The Sight seeing around the Farmhouse is worth your time. Swimming pool is good but dont get misguided by the photos present online. But the approach road to the farm house is improper & the rooms are untidy with lot of cobwebs. Toilets have side opening which might raise privacy concerns. Reception personnel are friendly & respond quickly. But lack of Wifi & properly working television sets are a big dampner.
To conclude - Go for it if you didnt get any budget hotel in the city.

Stayed at this property with my parents wife and son for two nights over the new year weekend. What a nightmare.
1) The cottage had a few lizards which kept scaring us.
2) We had to compulsarily pay for a so called Gala dinner night. Hardly anything Gala about the dinner. Very conservative menu, food not warmed properly, often falling of short of the few dishes that were better than the rest,
3) The hotel staff questioned everybody to produce a meal coupon which was quite embarrassing in a so called permium resort.
4) On the morning of 1st JAnuary no staff was available till 8:30 in th morning to prepare any breakfast. We had to literally wake them up from their sleep.
5) No phones in the room. To call reception or room service, need to call up from your mobile their land lines, which nobody picked anyways

Stayed in this resort for three days (actually 48 hours across three days) in December 2014. Nice, peaceful place and I am happy enough to give it four stars. But to list out the things that need improvement :
1. Approach roads are horrible. If you plan to check in, after 6 pm, don't ! You have to drive a kilometer along a road that is barely wide enough for a car, through very narrow streets and then some areas with bushes on either side. There are some signs to guide you which are visible during the day but tough to spot at night. Google maps was not helpful as it showed some path that was different from what these signboards said.
2. Breakfast was okay. Lunch was slightly less so. The restaurant had plenty of flies when we visited. After one try, we had lunch and dinner outside.
3. The service was good and prompt when asked for. Except that they had promised a free water bottle every day but we didn't get it.
4. The resort has many trees and has the look of a small forest. But I actually liked it.
5. Good swimming pool
But a good place for a quiet stay.

Finalized this place after reviews in TripAdvisor. This is located on the ECR and you should have your own transport as it is away from the city. Made the mistake of booking the cottages. The cottages are just not worth the experience, room is very small basically a thatched hut and lots of insects sounds. Would never recommend the cottages. This is the only bad review.
Shifted to the A/c rooms in an hour and these rooms are Fantastic ! This is probably one of those few places, where each and every staff of the resort are at their best. No attitude, always ready to do things and overall fantastic people !
Food is average, one of the morning breakfast was really bad while the next day was good. Ordered dinner at the room and the food was average.
Huge swimming pool and nicely maintained although too much of chlorine.
Overall a good experience and a pleasant stay. Kudos to the resort staff

+1
Me and wife were looking for a nice resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We found this new resort/Farmhouse with some nice ratings and reviews in Tripadvisor. So, without second thought we booked this place and i must tell you that in no period of stay that i felt "Why did i book this place" . This place is so awesome.
We booked the cottage and the rooms are very tidy. There are frequent power cut problem, but they have sufficient power backup to counter that. There are two separate swimming pools for men and women and they are beautifully maintained.
There is a restaurant within the resort. Even though the menu is limited, the food is of good quality.
We are requested Mr.Patrick for candle light dinner. He was kind enough to arrange it in a very short notice. They have setup the table near the pool for us with no people around. It was most romantic experience ever.
The support staffs were also very helpful and guided us to the nearby places to visit.
These all came with a very nominal rate and the most important we enjoyed in the stay is the privacy.
The only thing to lookout about this place is the Location of the resort. If you are following the google map to get to this place , you will see that you are landed in a dead end. So don't follow the google map. Just ask for Shivaji(Actor) statue and the resort is some 500m from the statue.
Final verdict is if you want to enjoy a calm and nice resort to stay with privacy and good ambiance ,this is the place to go .

9 of us stayed at this place during 3rd week of Oct. one house 3bhk.
Good things: all bedrooms are a/c, has geysers, place has got 2 swimming pools - one big and one small family pool with kids pool, showers near the pool, big property and atleast 5 km from city so calm place, management is cooperative and friendly with any additional requests - we needed some liquor they sent for someone to buy, we wanted to cook some veggies for our baby they did that for us.
Not so great things:
beds are not great, bathroom conditions average, nothing in kitchen except a kettle for hot water, no tea bags or cups. Complementary water was not provided, had to ask for everything, need own vehicle or a hired one at your disposal as the place is remote.
