Spot was very good but approach road is not well laid. Alternate option given but road condition is poor. Farm house landscape was lovely. Swimming pool facility was excellent and well maintained. Excellent atmosphere with plenty of birds. Amenities satisfactory and service below par. Staff behavior is good. Canteen service needs huge improvement. Property needs better maintenance.

At the outset, fantastic property which has been poorly maintained.. it has all the potential to become a good resort.. but poor maintenance, horrible service.. Lack of hygienic food makes this a poor choice for a family vacation.. Pros : rustic properties ..and typical farmhouses located across few acres of green trees...there are many cottages which are 1Bedroom..3BR villas.. 4BR villas etc.. There are 2 swimming pools, which are maintained well The place offers solitude off urban environment for unwinding and Cons Poorly maintained is an understatement.. the villas are in a horrible condition giving a scary abandoned house..feeling.. full of dust.. worn out shelfs.. Flickering tubelights broken kitchen with no utilities.. and a standard companion in the form of one or 2 lizards.. In every room Food is not available ..and whenever available it lacks choice, taste and hygiene The breakfast is a disaster, it's limited coice and available only from 8:30 AM to 10:00AM..the restaurant is dirty and does not taste well.. Sundays buffet was miserable with burnt out Dosas.. Rock solid idly.. Oil drenched poori half baked boiled eggs etc.. I'd not suggest or recommend any thing from this place even it's complimentary or free There are stray dogs.. roaming around the swimming pool.. the kids play area is disfunct, the sports kits are either broken or of substandard with rough edges most important thing there are rattle snakes around.. and is quite unsafe to venture out as there are lots of un maintained pieces of land in between which is also used as dumpyard of beer and liquor bottles.. At one point there were couple of stray dogs that almost pounced on us.. This place, is certainly not for family.. except for the swimming pool If you are looking to spend a quite vacation with your family.. Be prepared to be dissapointed and there are amazing properties nearby for the nearly same price around..

Reaching the farm house was a struggle. At the airport taxi drivers refused to go to the location due to bad patch of road. The farm house is good but not excellant but has the potential to be the best. Stay in Pondichery was mainly to visit Mother Mary Church located at Vailankanni a four hours drive from Pondichery. Ambiance at the farm house is good & what I got to understand is that the owners take fresher on training job. Not a bad idea. Best way to travel in Pondichery is to hire a two wheel which is availble for INR 350 at the resort itself.

9 of us stayed at this place during 3rd week of Oct. one house 3bhk. Good things: all bedrooms are a/c, has geysers, place has got 2 swimming pools - one big and one small family pool with kids pool, showers near the pool, big property and atleast 5 km from city so calm place, management is cooperative and friendly with any additional requests - we needed some liquor they sent for someone to buy, we wanted to cook some veggies for our baby they did that for us. Not so great things: beds are not great, bathroom conditions average, nothing in kitchen except a kettle for hot water, no tea bags or cups. Complementary water was not provided, had to ask for everything, need own vehicle or a hired one at your disposal as the place is remote.

Located 4km far from beach. Have variety of rooms including villa. Hut type villa is small in size but suits 2 pax. 2 swimming pool available. Open air theatre after 7pm. Excellent restaurant recommended for breakfast and dinner. Lunch little spicy. Fully greenary and nicely maintained. Spa available. Not having variety of beverages. So buy outside and carry. Little pricy rooms. Rest all good.
