Have spent 3 nights there in the Accord which is located in the prime location next to shopping area. One thing I liked about the hotel is hospitality especially Manager Saran Kumar and Tamil who were outstanding in knowing the need from day 1 My wife was kind of skeptical about stay because condition that baby has to adapt but because of entire team our 3 night stay was pleasant one. Even they were ready to pack food for my baby and 4yr old toddler when we were out for Paradise beach Cleanliness and room service team kalai and keerthika were outstanding. They had served us throught out entire duration of time imply all of them were on toes to serve us

This was my second stay at accord and you come to a place again when you Have liked it for the first time. The hospitality which I received here was fantastic, they will make you feel really special. Next best part was food, it was just perfect, very rarely u get a place where you taste anything and it is as per your liking, be it desserts, main course ,etc.

Excellent and courteous staff. Any problems encountered, the staff deal with it immediately.The food top quality and scrumptious.The Hotel is located right in the centre of the city. Everything is easily accessible, and places to visit are very close. One drawback is that the does not have great views to boast about.
