Loved the property, very clean and well maintained - amazing hospitality by the staffs specially the front desk Sr property manager Mr Kanak Raj - his guest was courtesy is way beyond our expectations! My 10 year old son enjoyed each n every moment there starting from the pool, music and pottery activity! We went there to celebrate our anniversary - the hotel staffs have made us really feel very special! Chef Loganathan has impressed us with his amazing Creole cuisine! The breakfast is too good! Huge spread and very fresh and tasty! We are looking forward for another vacation there soon! Houseboy Praveen has taken care of our each n every request very smoothly and professionally And I want to convey our thanks to the entire team with a special thanks to Mr Kanak!

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. The rooms are spacious with a balcony / sit out area , shower area is done up really well , detailed to make it comfortable for the guest . Guests have options of choice of pillows to choose .One really gets pampered here during their stay . Care is taken by every member of the hotel to make our stay comfortable . Lot of open spaces and covid protocols strictly followed making us feel safe .

This is a newly renovated resort and the rooms are exceptional. The villas area just brilliant and the chalets are large too. The balcony outside is really nice to site and hear the sea.
The rooms are equipped with the latest gadgets and everything is accessible through the tablet. The food at the restaurant was good during breakfast as well as dinner. The manager and the chef personally approached us to make sure everything was taken care of. The beach next to the hotel is pristine and clean. The pool is nice too.

A small resort with very good rooms and staff eager to please, placate and leave you with doles and happy feelings.
They are good in check in and hospitality which comes with that. Courteous staff and all with good room service standards and housekeeping. They try to organise karaokes/ dance events at the restaurant for guests.
Property is small with a beach outside the property and a smelly walk to the same due to a fishing area of backwaters on the sides. Not much in other activities so it’s a room only place.
Given this average kind of place they try to cover up basic deficiencies of the place in the best way but have failed repeatedly to improve the food many have written about for months and the hotel seemingly has been deaf on that. Had read about this and expected food to not be their high point but the experience was substandard.
The first experience was a high tea with frozen fried pops served first day and frozen fried veg spring rolls the next day. Empty tea flasks and average tea did not help. Are you kidding, better not have a high tea or if you do, make your chef work for some better fare like sandwiches / samosa etc than fry crumbs and serve to guests.
Same night we ordered food at the restaurant. Worst pork chops. overcooked and stretchy had to return one and managed to eat another with regret. Next morning with breakfast starting at 7 and did not have a guy to give omelettes till 7.45. Spread was ok with some good fare but the basics are wrong.
Not sure if it is the chef or the food and beverage manager who needs to be fired but someone needs to be, for this place to justify its cost.
Maybe then one can move the star count upwards for this resort

We were a bunch of friends who chanced upon this hotel not knowing what to expect although a Radisson brand will never fail is something I can say from experience. Having set foot on the property on a thursday afternoon, we were greeted by warm smiles and comforting welcome drinks and immediately transported to a tranquil lounge nested in the lap of nature. We were just out of a conference attended by 700 people so the calm was a welcome change. The reception manager was quick to bring our keys and we walked through manicured gardens and curved pathways to our respective rooms. Although we were told the hotel is fully occupied, there was no hustle bustle and all staff were working meticulously towards whatever they had to deliver. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious comfortable with simple but aesthetic interiors with cute sit outs and landscaped independent garden. While Pondicherry as a city promises a lot, the bright coloured homes and buildings are a treat to drive through. The cafes and restaurants have a delectable and eclectic mix of cuisines and quality of food is outstanding. Coming right back to the property, the beach is clean and pristine but not safe for swimming. There are enough guards prancing around insisting you move post 6:30 pm but there’s enough fun to catch at the property. An entertainment zone, a pool with music playing through the day, a pet area with swans, a children’s park and oodles of charming flowering trees as well as fruit bearing ones to keep you busy. Staff around is friendly, courteous and ever ready to please. Sahithi and Arijit at the restaurant need a special mention for how they go beyond the call of duty to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. All in all, a beautiful stay and leaves my friends and me with memories etched in gol! Thank you Radisson Resort, Pondicherry 😊

From beginning to end of your stay in this resort is sure to be full of warm memories with quality service, yummy food, smiling faces and a very helpful and hospitable staff. The resort being new is very clean and services are prompt. The swimming pool was one of its kind, salt water splash with no chemicals. The night walk inside the resort is so peaceful and calm and soothing to your mind. We had a memorable stay. Worth every penny.

Splendid Location at the cusp a canal and beach. The walk upto the cleanest Eden beach of Pondicherry is about 5 minutes, and is accessible thru the property. There are loads of activity within the property. All the touristy places are at minimum distance 5+ km. Food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Standard Rooms are very spacious with own balcony, can very easily accommodate a family with children, Downside, not all that is mentioned on the F&B menu is available especially drinks, and if you opt for a twin bed, the beds are very narrow for a hotel of this standard.

Adithya at the hotel was great in his approach and was meeting almost all guests on arrival and depature, Sam at reception was also very poliete and good. We stayed at the Taj Fisherman’s cove, Radisson Pondicherry and Trident Chennai during our 5 day vacation. Radisson was the biggest let down, specially considering the price we paid, and the reviews we read. The staff is clueless, doesn’t know basic details expected from someone working at this good a hotel, service is poor, and not poor for a resort as resorts are generally little slower. This one just doesn’t happen. You order a towel at 11:00 am, it arrives at 1 pm after 3 reminder calls. Check out took 20-25 mins, 3-4 reminders for luggage, after which i gave up and went to the reception myself to see why is no one coming. The breakfast spread is unimpressive, or maybe we were just spoilt for options by the Taj. I now feel i should have stayed at one of the french properties near the rock beach area

Great location, extremely well maintained property and courteous staff. Right near to Eden beach. However the beach access is restricted from 6 AM to 6 PM. The Pool inside the property closes at 7 PM. Stay & food at the property doesn't come cheap(because it is Radisson). I think the food items are obnoxiously high. I do know that Radisson will have a price diff than other 3 star hotels but some of the items are just not logical( A single roti costing 150 bucks !!!)
