I travelled to Puducherry on February. We had booked two rooms for 4 people but added an extra friends to the party in the last minute. The hotel manager was very friendly and understood the situation. He upgraded one of the rooms at a nominal charge to accommodate the extra person.
The stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. The service was prompt, even very late at night. Both the day and night managers were friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The market is walking distance away and it has some excellent eateries nearby. The beach too is only a couple of Kilometers away.
They provide complimentary WiFi and TV in the rooms, The rooms are setup like an apartment with a common room connecting 3 rooms. The common room is kept clean and has a sofa and TV. It is an excellent choice for people travelling with big groups or families.

Classio Residency provides safe stay at affordable prices. As a woman who travels alot, I find that Classio is a place that will definitely appeal to women travellers. Women travellers will definitely find the place very comfortable as its in the heart of Pondicherry and easily accessible. The managers and staff are very approachable and courteous. Kudos to the staff for the personalized concern for the guests and their comfort.

The Rooms were clean and spacious. It's a villa type property. We took a three bedrooms flat kind of place and it was good. They give water and give plates and spoons if required that's good. Only thing they didn't gave us even a lil discount. But any how worth the money.

best place for group stay & couples.this place has common area with sofa & Tv where we can spend our time together. Its a brand NEW building with great interior works. super cool service by the management. i really enjoyed my stay. hope you people too... happy traveling 🥳

Classio Residency is a horrible hotel. My room was small, nasty, and lacked furniture. The website advertised city views, but my room had only one small window, and it was opaque. Bathroom was big but dank, badly painted concrete. Good hot water, though. AC was good, but the air it blew smelled like sewage. Barking dogs woke me up at night. The TV didn't work. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous resident. Only one of the electrical outlets could accommodate my chargers. Wifi worked, though.
The location is central, but it is in a very busy commerical part of town. You walk down a driveway to the main street, where the first thing you see and smell is an overflowing dumpster. It is an ugly, arduous walk to anything a tourist might like to visit.
For locals, this hotel might be acceptable, but for tourists--Westerners, Easterners, or from anywhere--find some other place at least halfway decent.
The location is central, but it is in a very busy commerical part of town. You walk down a driveway to the main street, where the first thing you see and smell is an overflowing dumpster. It is an ugly, arduous walk to anything a tourist might like to visit.
For locals, this hotel might be acceptable, but for tourists--Westerners, Easterners, or from anywhere--find some other place at least halfway decent.

One of THE BEST hotel that I have stayed.
Classio Residency is classic.Their hospitality was good. I felt the HOME feel for sure. Not to forget to mention about Mr.Senthil and Ms.Deepika who gave me at a very good rate, since my stay was longer. A hygiene and a very clean place to relax.
They were so helpful even in sending couriers which I had given at the very last minute.
Only suggestion would be .... Pls do have a complimentary breakfast setup in this regard though most of the hotels around Ur area doesn't provide complimentary breakfast.
All together a good place and worth the money.
Mr.Senthil....anytime I come ....ROOM 203 should be allocated to me 😀.
