My experience has been amazing and was perfect, and my family have enjoyed,especially the heartfelt hospitality provided by Mr.purushothaman and his team .(apology i couldn't remember all of your names) You will not believe it, but for 5 minutes we have been talking our memorable stay about our experience and how kind was the whole atithi team to us.We were really very sad to leave😞 Thank you a lot for your surprise in our room, we were touched by your very kind gesture in our last day. The service is very attentive! , the The staff and level of service was exceptional.Purushothaman manager, is one of a kind! That was great hospitality and services were prompt.Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast spread was good. I recommend atithi for who is seeking excellent stay in pondy. All attraction are close by and within walkable distance.

The hospitality was good especially the housekeeping person "Perumal" He was very patient and was courteous. On request he made the bunny/elephant/dinosaur in towel which my kid liked very much. All round good experience. I'd go again.

Our sojourn in Atithi was a memorable one, as the kind of hospitality that we as in self and my entire family had experienced was truly top notch. The service at the restaurant and the quality of food that is served here never failed to satisfy our palettes, so much so that we usually walk into the restaurant each and every single time we tend to pay our visit to Pondicherry. Mr. Bharath Nayak deserves laurels for his astounding service at the restaurant, The Boulevard. His attentive nature towards the guests makes his presence conspicuous in the food arena, especially the care he showers on the senior Ashramites when they join us for get-togethers are the kind of experiences that one would want to cherish for one's entire lifetime. Restaurant services are very very pathetic with unprofessional staff specially Mr. Bharat. Restaurant staff are not prompt and not well versed with etiquette. However, rooms are very neat and tidy. Restaurant could have been improved. Food quality was also not very good and fresh. Will not suggest anybody to stay here if you love to have quality food.

Hotel Atithi is one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. No questions about it. Pros: 1. Location 2. Staff behaviour 3. Rooms are spacious 4. Smooth checkin. No hassles. 5. If you come early then you will get covered parking or otherwise its open parking within the campus. Things that could be better: Increase breakfast options. Many of the items were over and they took a long time to refill it. By the time they got the items we were done with our breakfast.
