I had a very comfortable stay at The Richmond hotel from 16th to 17th September. Bedding was nice queen size with soft big pillows, big TV. Breakfast was very nice many varieties. Room was clean with all amenities. Good service by house keeping staff vaidya nathan. Also receptionist lady handled my reservation and check it well . Good location and I enjoyed my stay.

The Richmond is a great place to stay in Pondicherry. Excellent location in the White town, close to the sea etc. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were even with an additional chair and table because I mentioned that both my husband and I wanted to do some writing while at the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, Just one example - we enquired if they served quinoa and they sourced it within hours (without our asking them to do so) and cooked it for us. Again without our asking for it, they packed sandwiches because we had an early morning flight ! Great place to stay.

Quaint and beautiful hotel, small in size but lovely. This is located in the French Quarter and we enjoyed our visit here. The staff were excellent and the food and amenities were very good. We enjoyed three days stay here.

I stayed in the Richmond with my good friend, who would like to remain anonymous. The hotel was a delight, being honest and I enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was particularly nice. We had a couple of minor issues with noise and parking, but nothing that impacted our stay much at all. Hope you have a nice day.

Excellent ambience..Good food..The housekeeping were very prompt in their services...The staff were very helpful..They even have a lift and wheelchair which was extremely helpful for senior citizens..

Richmond Hotel is superb. Their service is awesome. Their staff is very polite, helpful and decent. Even their staff will help you in getting a rent bike. I will give 5 out of 5 star for this hotel service.

Location is a big plus, they maintain the rooms and hotel premises neatly. Service was okay I would tell as they don’t have 24 hours room service and the dining area is pretty small and breakfast spread was also smaller and okay in taste. But the room was comfy.

I spent a weekend at The Richmond, Puducherry. Its an excellent hotel, basically a converted French house. All the luxury requirements of a hotel are present. Its clean, neat and well maintained with a wonderful set of staff who are courteous, pleasant and try to please you. Its got a well appointed restaurant serving good food with great room service. Its location is the best compliment, being as it is in the heart of Whitetown surrounded by cafes and restaurants and very close to the beach. This is one place I would stay in every time I go to Pondicherry.

The staff was courteous, attentive, quick, respected one's privacy. The breakfast was really good and filling, I had lunch one day which was not up to the mark. Totally recommend anyone who wishes to travel solo or with your partner, family, friends.
