Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
It's a bit old property and they need to seriously work on plumbing work. Lot of water leakage. Room size and amenities provided are good. There is a pool and restaurants as well. Located near shops and sightseeing attractions. Bengal Safari is very near.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business at the end of February. Check in was fast and courteous. Rooms were adequate, sheets were clean although covers a bit marked. Internet was good in the lobby but patchy elsewhere, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I struggled a bit with hot water but I didn't realise there was a switch somewhere I should have turned on to make it work. Gym was pretty good, separate cardio and 'iron' rooms. My only advice is to go for a room that's a bit out of the way, everything echoes in this hotel. I was more or less above reception and the first night was very interrupted. However I was assured the next morning that it would be quiet because the hotel was full of English train enthusiasts that night, which in fact was true! Lots of Indian breakfast food but they also had porridge which was a big plus for me. Not a luxury hotel but adequate.

The Cindrella Hotel is one of the best place to stay in Siliguri on Sevoke Road. The place is very close to Bengal Safari and Ewam Buddhist Monastery and also Sevoke is not too far. We spent 4 nights there in a family room. The compound of the hotel is so big, that you will hardly get any citi noise. The whole compound is very clean and beautifully arranged. All the stuffs there are so amazing and friendly, and will always give you a feel that you are home. The persons at the front desks are so welcoming, the stuffs we met at breakfast took every bit of care so that we can enjoy our breakfast. The rooms were clean and cosy, big enough for accomodating all 4 of us. Though a purely vegetarian hotel, but there are lot of choices of tasty vegetarian food. They even helped us with a very reliable person to take us at different places like Mirik, Malbazar, Odlabari for sight seeing. After which we have visited North Bengal 3 times, everytime we call him for helping us commute to different places from Siliguri.

Why I would not suggest this hotel: 1. In the same or even lesser price you get a much better facilities and experience in Siliguri. We usually stay in#saffron crest when we visit siliguri and never had any negative review and we pay lesser as well. This time wanted to try a different hotel and regretted. 2. Rooms are way too small. 3. We opted for a twin room, the bed was so small, even difficult to fit one healthy person. 4. There was a private party nearby our room which ended at 1 AM in the morning, so yes we couldn't sleep until 1 AM. They should not keep parties near rooms. We complained several times with no result. 5. Breakfast was bad, very less options considering the price we had paid. 6. There were no glasses in our room, after several requests got the glasses after 2 hours. Hence, never staying in this hotel in future and also suggest others not to stay.

On 17/1/25 we had a wedding @ Cinderella Hotel. The staff and management has organised the program very very well. The food was priced reasonably and was very delicious. The customer service of the Hotel in every sphere was outstanding. Mr Subrata Roy had managed the program very well. We wish to thank Cinderella Team for this one. All the best!

The hotel is located in the suburbs of the city. Since Siliguri is the major drop off point for people who want to invade the jungles and mountains to the North-East and the Northern part of Bengal, this is one place where you can spend a few luxurious days before hitting the road. I found the lodging rooms exceptionally agreeable to my comfort and they are accompanied by all fundamental pleasantries. The service is top-notch and also the ground-floor restaurant, serves amazing food, especially the Indian and continental dishes are worth trying.

The hotel is on the road out to Gangtok and Darjeeling from Siliguri. Fairly basic place but considering the pricing it is a really good deal. Only Veg food is served but is pretty good food. Service is also pretty good. Definite option if someone is looking for a good place to stay without fancy frills

Cinderalla is a decent hotel and check in experience was good. Its a vegetarian hotel but food has been good. Staff is friendly and good. Hotel is slightly old and the only way we had been dissappointed was there was no buffet breakfast both the days we stayed. The breakfast experience and food quality at breakfast was really bad. Everything else was good.

Hotel is old one with old infrastructure but well maintained. On all my business trips to siliguri every year I stay here. Almost for 10 years I have been visiting this hotel but nothing much has changed. Most of the people come here for organizing events because they have a good ground and hall also. Rooms are average, service is reasonable nothing excellent. But there is one thing which might annoy you. This hotel is pure vegetarian although they serve alcohol but they don't serve non-veg.
