The property is spacious, and the rooms including the sheets and pillows are very clean, the smallest items like conditioner, sanitary bag etc was kept along with other aminities which is very thoughtful. I also liked that the changing rooms wasprovided with shower and warm water in the swimming arena. Would have been great if towel and body shower gel could have been added in the swimming changing room. Would love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us :)

Much like our stay at Sinclairs Gangtok, the Siliguri branch failed to meet basic standards and expectations.
1. There was no staff available at the reception during checkout. The security guard had to chip in with the formalities while the concerned person was fetched. 2. The WiFi did not work, and there's no cellular network in the room we were given. 3. It doesn't look the like the staff running the hotel are trained in the profession.
The location can be a problem for some travellers as well. The road leading to the hotel is often packed with traffic jams. It took us over an hour to traverse the final 2 KMs leading to the hotel at 5 PM on a weekday. Upon enquiry, we learnt that such traffic is a daily occurance. The turn that leads to the hotel is easy to miss with no signage ( and we did ) and you might have to keep a sharp eye out.

While coming back from Darjeeling, I had stayed in Sinclairs Siliguri. This is one of the best hotels near the Bagdogra Airport.
We had booked a Suite, however, thanks to Gunjan Gupta (Regional Sales Manager, Sinclairs Hotels), the staff gave me a tour of the property. All of their rooms are well maintained, has ample amount of natural light during the day, comfortable beds, and nice washrooms. Some of the rooms have private terrace.
Food was amazing! A special thanks to the kitchen staff of the Palms Restaurant; Bipasha Roy, Manoj Choudhury, Panchdev Choudhury, Rahim Roy, Chef Madhab, and Sirajuddin from the Palms Restaurant. Their service is what sets this hotel apart from the rest.
The personnel at the reception (Gautam Lama and Nicky Daniel) were super helpful. They even arranged a personal courier so that I could ship the batteries for my mic back home since they were not allowed at the airport.
My overall experience with Sinclairs Siliguri was simply amazing!

I stayed here for one night and everyone at Sinclairs Siliguri were very polite and helpful especially Mr Binod Acharya and Miss Bipasha Roy who were the incharge of the breakfast buffet , they have fulfilled all our needs and were very polite . The check in process was really quick . I would recommend this property to everyone . The food here is very delicious.

The food, ambience is good. Place is neat and clean. The water in swimming is crystal clear and tempting. Staff is supportive and responsive. A must place to relax... Bipasha roy, Binod Acharya and Manoj Choudhary were very helpful at their restaurant "the Palms"

Room was not good as it needs thorough repair. Bathroom was very small, towels not good, TV not working properly, lift old and too noisy, front desk needs modification and energetic guys. The lady working as cleaner in rooms is very effective and gentle. Food in Resturant was good but main course needs variations added with Continental items.

It was one of my bestest birthdays I'd spent in Siliguri Sinclair's with my family this year. We were overwhelmed by the excellent service and staff behavior. Just by the mention of my special day, the restaurant manager arranged for a complimentary birthday cake and did their best to make me feel special.
