I am writing this review after stay 7 days in this property.
Location: is prime location, market mall restaurant medical shop, hospital, etc are very close from this luxury property.
hygiene: the room ( I stay in club room) is very well maintained, airy, full of sunlight, clean floor bed & all accessories in the room are cleaned & sanitized.
Service: all staffs are star of the hotel,they Are very good by behaviour & friendly . The time of breakfast is also good compare to other 3 &5 star properti.e 7 am to 10:30 am. One of them - The gentleman Mr. Anirudh is really very good person - now after 7 days i can call him dost 😄.
Food: Food quality is good but bit costly.
I always recommend to use the package drinking water to drink, in this hotel price is bit hight but you can buy from outside in actual cost.
Improvement area for hotel:
Room service at night is very slow & need to improve the quality of RO drinking water.

Located in the centre of the city, with one of the best roof top with excellent view. The management and staffs were very supportive which made us sail through a week long wedding program. A youtube video of the experience would be shared shortly on youtube channel 'Travel With Saptadwipa'.
We checked in with high expectation but to our surprise one of the two complimentary mineral water bottle was half empty ( seal broken). The bottle was replaced after it was pointed out.
Next we ordered Kolkata Mutton Biriyani to check if they could match the name. Sadly it was nothing like 'Kolkata' Mutton Biriyani. It tasted like fried rise with a piece of potato one egg and 2 soyabean sized mutton pieces(mostly bones). With a price tag of Rs 330/- per plate plus taxes we expected better. Taste was okay if you consider it to be fried rice with some rose water sprinkled on it. Raita that came with it was better.
Lastly we checked out at 08:00 AM and was waiting for our cab to arrive when my wife felt that she needed to use the wash room and went back in and asked them if we could use the wash room. They asked us to use the common wash room on the second floor adjacent to the restaurant. As my wife was waiting for the lift she over heard them saying that it was not possible to let one use the washroom after checking out. She felt offended and returned back without using their facility on the second floor. Poor service I must say.

I have had the oppertunity to stay at this beautiful hotel for couple of days.. The service is superb, rooms are tidy. Truly speaking it was home away from kind of feeling... The hotel is located next to Sevok road and for this reason communication is available. Wifi speed the dinning hall other modern aminities make it a fascinating experience. I have stayed with my family, room was very small then we have informed reception but no one has given any other room aacording to them other rooms was occupied. In dinner we have ordered veg Biryani but taste was like pulao no taste of biryani like ecen raita was served in very small bowl which was not sufficient for biryani.
We found staff was little arrogant in dealing with customer.
I have booked the hotel because of good reviews & nice picture of hotel. But not wirth for money.
Please think twice before booking this hotel.

I C/In on 7th Feb, come to room and the TV is not working. They take almost an hour to recharge their Tata Sky. Next day I forgot my Charger in Office so ask (Literally beg) if a charger can be arranged, but the prompt response is "No Sir". I ask for a Wake-Up call as I had a meeting, guess what I don't get it and I am late for my Meeting. I still don't mind as mistakes do happen what the next thing pissed me Off. I am here to stay for 12 days and my dinner is included in my package as this is a corporate booking. Now their menu which will be constant for eternity is "1 Non-Veg, 1 Veg, Rice/Roti Paneer and Ice Cream". So the only only variation I can get is the flavour of Ice-Cream. The 2nd day when I shouted they gave me Chinese but from the next day their MASTER CHEF had made this amazing menu. So moral of the Story plz beware incase of Corporate booking bcoz U need to decide the menu also as I sure no company would like their Senior Managers to write such long essay after a tough day at office...

I spent a couple of nights here with my family and all of us had a great time. To begin with, the location was perfect and it was easy to locate. Getting around from the hotel was a breeze as there were various modes of conveyance that were easily accessible all day long. The hotel has adequate parking space though a bit cramped. The folks at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Since the place was barely 5 months old, everything was in great shape. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The front-facing rooms had a great view. The downside is that you will have to bear with the traffic rumbling all night. The food was delicious and served with caring hands. The service is commendable and as good as the big starred hotels. Though this hotel is at its infancy, it truly embodies what the Cygnett chain stands for - exemplary hospitality. I would highly recommend this place anytime.
