Big hotel with potential just didnt seem to come to the party unfortunately. the views from the balcony were amazing! close to the centre of the city. maybe we just got a dodgey room but the handbasin was leaking when it was used onto the bathroom floor. Had to wear flipflops to have a shower or even just to go...

wear a hazmat suit before you enter, nothing is clean, things are broken, wi-fi doesn't work, careful as they will try to make you pay for existing damage. Dirty sheets, wear flip flops in the bath. If you are paying more than $10USD/n, you are paying too much.

Stayed here with our tour group. Unfortunately our room only had single beds (not great for me and my husband) but the rooms were clean and average with a fantastic view of the river. The wifi isn't very good, and rarely worked or even reached our room. Even in the lobby we had problems connecting.

The hotel itself is pretty basic. Wifi only works in the lobby. But the location is awesome. Staff is great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We had a balcony and an amazing view of the sunrise over the Mekong river.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of a G Adventures tour so if I'd paid only the very cheap nightly rate I wouldn't have minded so much. By Western standards, my room was filthy. There were multiple cockroaches, spiders and ants in my room as the door leading to presumably a balcony wasn't properly sealed. I didn't attempt to...

We had a large room with view of Mekong- room 105. Wifi worked well and kettle and fridge supplied. Air con, tv and spacious bathroom. Reception staff very friendly and speak English well. So nice sitting in balcony taking in views of the Mekong with a beer on sale at reception.

Large room with balcony and en suite bathroom with A/C and hot water for 15 dollars a night, sounds to me like a deal . And if you put on top good smiling service and the very nice attitude of the desk staff, I had there a very nice 3 nights stay . Thank you

This hotel is really low quality compared to the next one "Mekong crossing" (wich was full when we came back in town).... The staff here in "Mekong hotel" isn't particularly nice, the room is old and not really clean, we asked for a double and we got a twin, the wifi doesn't work upstairs in the room, and they provide...

We had a room with a balcony, the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous occupants, there was used soaps in the soap tray. The bathroom looked liked it hadn't been cleaned properly for months if not years. The shower unit and the walls were greasy. The aircon didn't cool the room. No wifi in the rooms. I'm sure there...
