We had 2 rooms booked. When we arrived in one of the rooms the key card wasn't working properly, the safe key that we paid a deposite wasn't working and the balcony door wasn't opening. We went back to the reception and they said they will send someone. The repairs where like this: the deposit door still didn't work so we had to use just one to keep both belongings, the entrance door sometimes worked sometimes didn't work (one morning we had to go 2 times to ask receptionist to make a new key - BTW he didn't bother to come help us) and the balcony door opened but the security look didn't work anymore so the person who stayed in that room had to trust that no one will enter the room. But as I said we could get over those small mistakes even if we paid everything in advance for the trip. We just wanted to have a good time. The worst part came at the check-out. A day before the check-out we went to the reception and said that we would like to do a late check-out because our flight was at 6pm and we wanted to sleep late. Alejandro the receptionist told us that we could stay if we pay extra and showed us 3 payment plans. He also told us that we can pay than or the next day! We agreed upon paying the next day and continued the day. In the morning the new receptionist "Sarah" and the mades entered in our rooms 3 times waking us up every time and showing us the clock and telling us that we have to leave the rooms. The sole purpose we wanted to pay the fee was to be able to sleep. When we got at the reception and asked why this happened "Sarah & Alejandro" where both there and Alejandro started arguing with us! When I felt that his attitude was rude I asked him if he can call his manager because I wanted to talk with him. He told me he wont give it to me and told me to search for it on the website. When I asked for the website he told me he wont give it to me! When I said that if I don't pay and don't leave immediate he will call the police! He basically forced us out!

Traveled with some friends to stay a week in Ibiza, we ordered a 3 person room but only got two beds and a couch with fold out bed. The cleaning is poor and and pool is small. The service is good when you ask for help but they are often out helping other guest and not avaliable in the reception so we often waited 10-20minuted to get service. You get what you pay for.

Great local. good value. pool maybe on the small side but other than that the apartments were spacious kitchenettes adequate and appropriate for basic meals, lovely large balcony bedroom and bathroom good size with plenty of storage. would stay here again and would recommend if you're happy with the basics without the luxuries. Towels were provided and cleaners came daily.

We stayed at Bon sol from Friday to Tuesday and the apartment was very cheap! We arrived early Friday and confirmed that we could have early check in prior to arriving. However when we got there this was not the case, we had to wait about an hour and half to get our room. The room was basic which we expected as it was a cheap book. The location was good, near sankeys and a few bars and all the major clubs were far out that we had to get taxis, about €20 to amnesia in a taxi but worth going! We were able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes and it was easy to get taxis everywhere.

Average place ... Wifi 5 euros a day... Not as bad as the reviews say and perfect location next to bora bora beach and sankeys :) and pool is lovely but no shade. We got charged extra on arrival as the Euro exchange which seemed far too much but overall it was fine. Door keys didn't work Aswell.

Would not recommend staying here. Wish we wouldn't have stayed here ourselves but we had no choice. Fridge leaked for the whole week so there was constantly a wet puddle on the floor in the kitchen. Plus sockets were hanging off the walls etc. For what you pay for this place you don't get anything for your money apart from a roof over your head and uncomfortable bedding.

This restaurant is brilliant. Packed every night. Full of Spanish. We were the only Brits in. The all you can eat bar-b-q is top drawer. Come in hungry and you will leave happy. Value for money, full of locals. A very good sign.

I write this on behalf of my daughter who suffered four days at this hotel. On arrival they would not let her into the room - until all the party were there, this meant she waited five hours in the lobby. Finally gaining access to the room the air conditioner did not work. After 3 technicians pronounced it "broken for weeks" Finally she had her mobile phone lifted from between the pages of a book she was reading left in reception. The staff were not helpful and it was her opinion it was stolen by the staff on reception. My daughter speaks fluent Spanish.

The hotel was OK, the staff were friendly, not rude but not particularly helpful. The rooms were very basic, but you expect this at such a low price. The air conditioning wasn't great but did the job. However, the toilet leaked at the bottom and the floor was always soaked and at one point smelt like sewers. The room did not get cleaned once and I was there for 5 nights. The pool however was cleaned everyday. The drinks were very strong, not watered down at all! The food was absolutely terrible, I had breakfast once and the only thing I could stand to eat was the baked beans. The bacon was so fatty and the eggs and toast were extremely dry. Also, I paid €20 for a week of wifi, and it rarely worked in my room, only around the pool and bar! I would stay here again for the low price I paid!

Extremely rude staff with threatening behavior: · reception staff (latin boy) – He threatened us with give us our rooms at 14:30 · Hotel’s pub waiter – Drove us out of swimming pool facilities in a rude way. · Swimming pool cleaner – Do not answer questions regarding the hotel and answer in a improper way. Very inappropriate facilities: · Air conditioning facilities very noisy and don’t work properly. · Wet floors due a water leaks · Noisy area, rooms not properly equipped against night noise. · Not as well placed as they announce in their page. Not in the 1st line of beach (4th line), Bora-Bora at 20 min walking (not at 300 mts) If you are considering different choices, do not choose this one!!!
