DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Stayed here end of August ( 3 of us girls ) on our last day we went out for the day and came back to find our safe open with over €500 missing. As well as our suitcases looking like they have been rummaged through. We went down to reception and the 2 guys there basically laughed in our faces when we told them. They have clearly seen this happen many times in the past. And reading by reviews this has happened ALOT. He told us they have never had any complaints about this in 10 years. (Clearly a lie by reading the reviews they seem to laugh at everyone who’s been stolen from) The apartment itself was appalling and very dated and not cleaned properly. We all got bitten alive on the first night. It is very very noisy and does not feel safe at all staying there as a group of girls. You are much better of spending a little more money and staying elsewhere. There were 3 plug sockets in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. No iron - went down to reception to get one and had to pay €20 and even so THEY NEVER HAD AN IRONING BOARD. They clearly steal from a lot of people at this hotel and get away with it. Avoid at all costs.…
NEVER AGAIN! Do not stay at this hotel, the cleaners had stolen €400 euros from our room and had stolen my friends make up. When explaining to the hotel reception, the guy didn’t help at all. If anything, he was smirking about the whole thing. The room is also very very basic, no comfort at all. Please pay a little extra for somewhere a little nicer. Definitely not worth it, ruined my last night in Ibiza! If I could rate no stars I would!
Nice staff, very helpful and welcoming (cannot be faulted). Hotel very basic, salt water showers, dated decoration, rooms dark and bathroom even darker. Wouldn't highly recommend but also wouldn't put people off staying here, depends what type of holiday you are wanting. As my title states you get what you pay for. Don't expect the Hard Rock when you're paying cheap prices.
If i could give this a zero rating out of 5 i would. The worst place i have ever stayed. when we arrived we used the lift to get to our room, which looked like something out of saw, the door of our room was dodgy and took us a while to actually even get in to it, when inside the lighting was that dim it looked like a den, max of 3 plugs to the whole apartment, floors were dirty and walls, balcony door didnt shut nevermind lock, the wardrobes had no doors so safe was out in the open, whole bathroom was a dirty blue colour which was very unappealing, the tap was faulty as more water came out the bottom of it, the shower came off the wall and the toilet was hanging off the wall and moved when you was sat on it, the kitchen had nothing in it besides a few plates, the cupboards when opened had no shelves in so were useless? there was a door at the side of the kitchen which led to a dangerous outdoor tiny balcony which is where the sink was located??? again didnt lock. no wifi, views were non existent and the pool look diseased so was a good job we spent all of our time at our friends apartment round the corner at jet apartments. only positive is the staff were nice and the bald one was helpful. overall the whole apartment i wouldnt of even paid £30 let alone the £400 we paid for 4 days. i will be making a formal complaint and look forward to the response of this.…
Stayed here the end of July with a 4 other girls. The employees are very helpful, laid back and welcoming. The rooms are very basic and minimal they are nothing fancy but what you expect for the price. Lots of groups of girls and boys and is a friendly atmosphere. Would stay here again. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The pools small and basic but did the job.
Visiting for a Rugby tournament, it was a cozy corner only a few steps from the main road and all the hustle and fun of the streets. Friendly staff and the rooms were great for our needs. Great job Arlanza
This apartment was filthy dirty, there were flys in the bathroom which never went away, the floor got extremely dirty and the maids did not come all the time so the floor would be full of dust. The only thing which was good was the location was awesome and you could play music how ever loud you wanted! but could not stand how dirty it was, also the showers were unclean, the water was salt water and dried out your skin and hair. Felt dirty the whole holiday.
I recently stayed here for a week with a big group of friends, (25+ of us) on arrival it took a minimum of 30 minutes to check us all in (bearing in mind there were a lot of us) all of our rooms were separated and we were all put in rooms as groups of 3 and 4's. To anyone staying in Ibiza don't forget you have to pay city tax on arrival to your hotel! And ALWAYS GET A SAFE, it was £40 £20 deposit is returned to you. Inside the 'apartment' it was fairly spacious and our room consisted of two bedrooms, both with two small singles and one room had a wardrobe, mirror and safe. The decor is dated, but was clean. The bathroom was questionable and definitely needed updating. The kitchen had the essential equipment needed pots pans kettle ( that heats on stove) fridge freezer and a small hob Also plates and cutlery (which was stored in the lounge area for some reason?). There were two sofas in lounge area with a tv, and a dining table. We also had a good size balcony as we were on the ground floor. As the week went on our room was topped up with new towels (although sometimes not enough large towels), we always had plenty of toilet roll. Our toilet seat was loose when we arrived and broke half way through the week but was never fixed. The shower head kept falling off and yes people the water is salty but ladies it is fine on your hair if you are worried at all! The bedrooms didn't get tended to very often as we spent most of the mornings sleeping but the day we did they didn't change the covers they just made our beds so we had the same covers all week (not the end of the world). The pool area was quite small but very peaceful and the sun tucks around the building away from the pool around 5ish this time of year. There was a lady that runs the bar in the pool area that would come out and moan in Spanish to anyone who had brought things from outside to consume near the pool, which got a bit annoying as she had a sign but instead of pointing at it she would moan and no one understood her. In the evenings we would get told off in the bar/pool area for listening to music too loud because the man on reception had 'work to do' or the neighbours. So all in all a little quiet standard apartment space which is ok for sleeping. Wouldn't recommend to people who are fussy with hotels etc.…
Hotel is very dated, there were 5 off us in 1 room plenty of room not cramped at all Baloney a good size Pool area ok, like I said you get what you pay for we paid 320 euros for a week The only really bad bit was the bathroom shower was a bit ermm minging But it did the job, close to beaches bars everything you need so for location it's fantastic
Stayed in an apartment here in August with 4 of my friends and it was exactly what we expected. It was so cheap to book so we knew it wasn't going to be luxurious but it was just what we needed. Perfect location 5 - 10 min walk to space, Ushuaia etc. With all the reviews about the rooms getting burgled, we were worried so asked not to have a ground floor (emailed them prior to the trip) they said that's absolutely fine and we were on first floor. The balcony had a door and a locked gate across so it would be extremely difficult for people to break in this way which was comforting. The only thing was, there were 2 rooms and front room, the big room had double bed, small room had 2 singles and the 5th person was expected to sleep on the rock hard sofa with no covers or pillows supplied. Luckily in our situation we pushed all beds together and made do but I imagine if u were bigger this would be difficult. Other than that it was exactly what we paid for. Perfect for a long cheap weekend …
