Cannot even begin.!! How this place is open is beyond me..still advertised!!! Arrived at @: 11am. Some sleazy old guy patted me on the back and pointed to go that way!!!! Pics attached !!!! My room not available till 3pm so was given luggage storage room. Sooo dirty. Eventualy got my room accross the road in seperate building. Hose pipes left on the path. Serious in the dark! Was given remote for tv and aircon. No batteries!!! Went to pool today at other building. No toilet facilities! Back to your room every time you needed the bathroom. My room very noisy over the bar/resturant which is open from @8am till well after midnight. Customers of resturant can use the pool also! Door from road into building open all night with no security. Anyone can wander in any time day or night. Also i think the little can of san miguel left at my door was a WELCOME DRINK! Could go on but don.t wan.t to waste any more time on this absolute kip! Off to the chiropracter now to sort the back out from the most uncomfortable bed ever!!!!!

Had to stay ovet for a night as we missed our flight and our initial hotel was fully booked so we had to find a room to sleep in for the night... loads of little small roaches then you find the odd massive cockroach!... told the reception the next morning... his reaction was.. " oh really... what room number"... no apology, nothin... this place is a dump... never again

Me and my friend (Both 20 year old girls) stayed in this hotel for 5 nights this month. The only pros are that we got fresh towels and new toilet rolls everyday, however Floors were filthy and never cleaned Bed was never made/never got fresh sheets only one long pillow on a double bed had to leave a 20 euro deposit for air con on our third night we were ROBBED - we returned to the room after being out between 6:30pm - 10:30 pm (not a usual time for cleaners?) there was no sign of forced exit which indicated that a key had been used to enter the room. When we arrived back at the hotel the balcony door and window were wide open (which we had definitely locked as they need to be locked so that the air con works) and ONE shoe and some hair curlers were missing. We must of either disturbed them or they had left both open and were planning on returning later. As young girls we were very scared and we informed reception who seemed slightly confused however not alarmed. will NOT be staying again.

Literally THE worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. If I could rename it it would be Bon Hell. No sleep for 4 nights, was like trying to sleep on the main street of the red light district. Dodgy as anything. Might as well of had no windows they were that pointless. Was left with no water for 2 days and not once did they apologise, in fact when I demanded we try another room that actually had water he shouted at me for leaving dirty footprints, as you can imagine it nearly ended badly for him especially when I was sleep depraved. To top it all off the dodgy back guy behind reception tried to con us by pretending he couldn't understand us and trying not to give us our deposit back for the air con remote and safety box. Unlucky for him I had already read the reviews about the 2 dodgy black guys so he picked in the wrong people. Please do not go anywhere near this hell hole. It should be shut down!!

I must say this is genuinely the worst apartment we have ever stayed in. Please if you are reading this and you want to get some sleep on the night do not book! I understand ibiza is a lively place and I like to go clubbing myself but on the nights where sleep is needed it was impossible to sleep as the apartment is a free for all party. I could go in to detail about how bad these apartments were but instead I will leave bullet points to keep it short and sweet. cons. Rude and intimidating staff. Really noisy. Had to pay for air con and tv. Tried to keep our deposit for the safe. Had no running water for 2 days. Pros. Absolutely nothing. Worst stay ever.

I stayed there on my own as a 20 years old woman . Worst experience I have ever had in traveling ! I stayed there for a week by myself and every single day I've asked for aircon to be repaired as it's not working , with a promess to get it fixed ... as it wasn't working I had to sleep with balcony door open ... and i woke up a morning to a 60 years old discusting spanish guy looking at me sleeping naked coming from the balcony door ! I woke up and told him to live straight away. the next day the same old pervert was here again watching me naked ! I feel raped , I feel disgusting... I called the police but the guy ( 60 years old owner) just denied everything... when he just agreed to me when I told him I needed to leave that place and ask refund for the night left ... DO NOT STAY THERE :(

I arrived at the time i informed reception, two black men who had blood shot eyes clearly high, tried making me pay for the room again even though i had paid online via booking.com, lucky i had enough battery to prove my transaction, the room was on ground floor i did not feel comfortable leaving my windows open due to the air con being broken, there was a horrible smell to the room, and everything was sticky. I would not advise anyone to stay.

We booked this through Airbnb, the apartment was advertised as having 3 beds (2 singles and a sofa) we didn't get this, it was a double bed and a mattress on the floor. There was no blankets for the 'sofa bed' and only 1 pillow on the double. The jug and stove both didn't work, we advised reception and Airbnb contact but nothing was done. The sink in the kitchen and the shower didn't drain properly. The maid also just let herself in while we were all sleeping and wanted to mop - she didn't turn up every day, just sporadically whenever she felt like it. The apartment was in a great spot but, close to the beach and the restaurant downstairs was great.
