We checked in O.K. The reception staff seemed very friendly. We had the Junior Suite on the top floor which was nice with a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a living room but the real gem to this room is the large balcony which is in the top corner of the hotel which seemed more secluded than the rest of the hotel. This really is the best seat in the house. The view is amazing with most of Playa d'en Bossa in sight with Ushuaïa and Hard Rock as the centre piece and the ocean as a backdrop, really breathtaking. The room was generally clean apart from a shelf in the bathroom which had been missed with the previous guests empty deodorant left there and the shelf quite dirty. Not a huge problem tbh. However this hotel has some issues. Ibiza is HOT and there were problems with the aircon. On the first night we discovered the aircon has a loud squeeky vibration which can be heard wherever you are in the room including the bedroom. When I reported this to the reception in the morning I could tell he'd heard this before and said he'd sort it straight away which was no surprise that he didn't. I could tell this wasn't going to get sorted so i persued it no more and just learned to sleep with this constant noise. We had to have the aircon on full and was only just cool enough in the room. However in the lobby the aircon was full on working. Hmmmm. On one night the aircon was barely working and the temperature was not cool enough to sleep but this seemed to be fixed the following day. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. It runs from 7:30-10:30 only and is not so great. The pool is nice but with the air temperature it could do with being a bit cooler. You can't really cool off from the scorching sun in this pool. But it was a nice pool and enjoyed my time there. There is a basic food menu you can eat around the pool but at no point did i find this menu available. All i could order was these incredibly tastless pannini, nowhere near worth the money. The room has a doorbell which doesn't work so the cleaning staff just seemed to walking 1 second after knocking regardless of whether there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The location of the hotel is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from the main strip. I love Ibiza and will be going back for a 4th time but won't be staying here again.

Travelled to Ibiza for my first time clubbing there, part of a birthday year adventure. Admittedly it was a budget trip as I’d splurged all my cash on a trip to Colombia a few months earlier. Anyway, we were only stopping for the weekend. The room was pleasant, basic and tidy. We got in late and had to get ready straight away to go and party. After showering and wrapping myself in it - I noticed my towel smelt of someone else’s ass. As you can imagine, it was pretty vile. Note to self - start travelling with your own towel again. Secondly, the air con did not work. We reported it but nothing was done. It made putting on your make-up like an extreme sport. We were down for half-board but as you can imagine we never made it to breakfast and the one time we had dinner, we had to pay for our drinks which we thought was a bit tight. And the food was not great. Which was great for my waistline. My travel partner liked their calamari - but I didn’t. Staff were pleasant and helpful. And the hotel was 10-15 minutes away from the strip, we were happy to walk it and found it safe. Checkout was very early in comparison to our departure flight but there was a shower and room to change in - with no aircon. Adequate for a no-frills fly and flop trip, well out of the party zone.

I have been many times to Ibiza; during these last 7 years I stayed several times at Club Can Bossa. It is in a very good position to reach Playa d'en Bossa, Bora Bora and it is near a taxi stop. The staff is very kind and rooms are very clean and safe. Sono stato molte volte a Ibiza, durante questi 7 anni sono stato più volte al Club Can Bossa. We picked this hotel as it was close to the clubs we were visiting and very convenient to the airport. The bus stop is just 10minute walk from the hotel. I assume due to this the price was reflective and very expensive! Check in was very simple and straightforward. The rooms were very clean and large with a decent size balcony. We were on the top floor so had an incredible view of the coast. Their breakfast was served from 8.30 to 10.30 which to me is a very slim window of opportunity. We did not make breakfast on either of two mornings we stayed; first one due to getting home at 5pm from a gig, and the second morning because we had a flight to catch. Most hotels have breakfast start at 7, so it was a bit disappointing that we could not make breakfast on our second morning as our time to leave was 8am.

the cleaners are making a lots of noise in the mornings by moving furnitures and food been taken a way from the hands by the waiter, dispute the fact thats the hotel was prepaid as a half board with the dinner included.

The room in the separate building are very noisy. the geust next door kept me awake all night because of his snorking. The room itself is good. breakfast is simpel. So if you are a light sleeper like I am avoid this hotel or at least the separate building. hope next days will be better but I fear I'll be awake. note, I'm not in Ibiza to party all night.

First of all I booked wrong days and the manager terry sorted it out when we got theit was put in a temporary room in other part of hotel next door well it was so nice we stayed in the room for 4 days. Maybe we were lucky but no noise but if the was it is Ibiza. Less than 10 mins to beach all depends how many shops you pop into. Breakfast was lovely good choice lovely bread. Orange juice and coffee spot on. Waitresses very nice.so were reception staff before you hit the bars lovely little traditional Spanish restuarant. Went into San Antonio twice bus service good Disco bus good I could go on it was lovely we were phoned by reception to leave room but I knew we were over and we're ready to go as had it all packed the day before before we went of to Amnesia.

I visited hotel and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Food and drink reasonably priced and tasty. Pool area more than adequate for length of stay. Hotel a short walk to main Bossa area and a very short walk to Sankeys for the clubbers amongst you. I would have no reservations about staying here again or recommending to others. Can’t beat this place for value for money.
