Stayed here all inclusive with my wife and 3 children in November, Absolutely no complaints at all ! arrived late to the hotel, Our bags were taken and meals had been kept awaiting our arrival even though it was very late, Bottles of wine chilling in the room perfect welcome. The spa and pool side facility's are superb !! I had read negative comments before we went but really as a cheap holiday goes what more could you want than what this hotel offers ! yes the rooms are a little dated but the hotel in general is spectacular ! we went with children aged 1,4,5,13 and we were worried a spa hotel may not suit them, we needn't of worried as all day my children were made to feel welcome and loved the beautiful pool surroundings. During the day the food at the pool side was spot on, Breakfast buffet second to non and a good variety of food on a night. Yes the all inclusive cocktails don't look as fancy as paying guests (as alot have said) but come on you expect that ! on a night there was always face painting for the children before the adult entertainment. Now once that is over i admit the night entertainment is more catered for the senior people but that is what you expect at a spa hotel. the town is a 10 minute walk and we went there and plenty of bars with entertainment for children ! My advice would be to ignore the negative comments if you want a cheap value holiday the Beatriz is the ideal holiday for couples or family's

So many positives about this place I’ve made them into a list.
Positives Balcony big and sun shine all day! Kettle with stocked tea n coffee (2.20€ per day) Good Fridge Massive bedroom room (biggest I’ve stayed in) Massive room storage Powerful Shower Pool Towels available Pool side activities from archery and rifle shooting. Lovely and polite Staff Everything Beyond clean Restaurant decor restaurant quality (not canteen style like other hotels) Classic Spanish wine n beer available on tap Local spirit drink was alright Quiet room location Carpet in bedroom lovely! Pool massive and excellent with massive fountain. Lobby lovely, felt rich (like Cuban hotel I stayed years ago) lovely beautiful solid furnishings giving it that classy feel Rooms all facing swimming pool and had excellent afternoon sun! Everything Well designed!! Prawns prawns prawns for meals!! WiFi some of the best compared to other hotels. Microwave available for baby milk Last day at break their were live music, flute player. Negatives For English only BBC World News on Tele for early nights. Cocktails ready mixed so not very nice. Entertainment not to our taste as felt budget (sorry staff!) Worn lobby carpets and some paint work but whose looking at the floor....when you can look at the sun shine!
Other stuff: Baccy cheap Local bars, beer 2.20€ & Cocktails 6€. Nearest shop was 15 minutes walk away. We like a local shop as we like to keep a few cold beers, large bottles of water and Pepsi in the room, I would guess the Hotel mix English, German and some french. 60% over 55, 20% young families, rest mixed ages. Remember we went in March so could be due to time of the year avoid peak season and it being too hot later on. It doesn’t bother me.

We have been visiting the Beatriz for many years and as normal really enjoyed our stay.The hotel is superbly clean and lovely that meal times still have table linen when many hotels these days have mats and runners etc. The hotel in certain areas needs a bit of TLC but is still very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and most rooms have a pool/sea view. The rooms are very well serviced by the room attendants, bedding, towels and toiletries renewed regularly.The staff are friendly and helpful, except for certain members of the reception staff. The hotel is a decent walk approx 30 mins away from Costa Teguise centre but uphill walking back, however the hotel runs a free bus several times a day. The food for us is fine with plenty of choice especially the salad bar, at times the hot food could be on the cold side but there is a microwave for those that like it hotter. The pools are lovely, a great area with plenty of sunbeds ,one of the pools is heated. The only thing that could have been greatly improved for us was the evening entertainment. The piano bar had over the week 3 very good singers but at the time they sang due to the dining room being open had very few people listening to them, this created very little audience response, a great shame for them, they would have been far better employed in the main concert room instead of the many awful nights supposed entertainment from the animation team. All the outside professional acts were very good but the animation team were woeful, the worst we have seen. They were all lovely and tried and worked very hard but should have just stuck to doing the normal games/stretching/etc around the pool. We didn't use the spa however those that did said that it was very good. We hope to return again, as many clients do again this year.

Came here for a week in December. The hotel lounge & setting is truly stunning. Waterfalls at breakfast give such a calming vibe it’s lovely :) We was bed & breakfast so didn’t get to experience the evening meals etc.. breakfast was tasty although they offered a few options it seemed to be the same options every day so as you can imagine after our 4th day we was sick of bacon & eggs but nevertheless it was tasty and we got what we paid for. The spa added to our stay as we used this twice, first visit was perfect! Second visit was a rude receptionist who started shouting at me because there was a mix up with my massage time and they said I couldn’t have my money back just a gift card to use the spa again (we was going home the next day so I didn’t want a gift card, so maybe you should look into that policy as I wasted 62 euros!! Our rooms was exactly as shown on the picture.. bathroom was nice however our toilet flush was hanging of the wall. On our 3rd night we noticed something crawling in our bed, a big black bug.. it was 3am in the morning and 2 girls in a room with a big black bug didn’t really go down well!! We rang reception and they was happy to give us another room, we left our belongings in the original room and went to collect them the next day which wasn’t a problem so Thankyou for moving us straight away :) the receptionist with the freckles (I didn’t catch her name sorry) was amazing and helped us in anyway she could IE calling us taxis etc.. Every night we went out to eat LA OTRA PIZZA Y PASTA is amazing food and very cheap so definitely give that a try as it’s the first restaurant facing the spa with pink flowers “thank me later :)” the electric scooter outside the hotel are fun, we used them a few times to tour the town and we had a ball so definitely give them a try even if it’s just to the beach you will love them! The pool at the hotel was very cold (only one side heated) the side closest to the drinks bar! The entertainment team tried there hardest to get everyone involved which was nice to see.. the evening shows wasn’t really our thing but still they did try very hard! The shops based in the hotel are a nice touch, especially the Jewellery shop the man in there makes his products by hand, he’s so lovely.. he actually made me cry because he gave me a healing crystal (I was on holiday for a break as if just lost my dad) he didn’t know this but it really touched my heart so sir if you ever read this review Thankyou so much for being such a kind man!! All in all the hotel is lovely but it’s more for older people.. nevertheless I had a lovely holiday :) Beatriz Thankyou for making my experience special xx

We had a lovely time at this hotel. For all inclusive it was one of the best we have stayed in. The room was cleaned every day, very comfortable bed and lovely crisp bed linen. It was lovely and warm on the balcony once it became cool by the pool. Various activities by the pool with no forcing to join in. We were there for Xmas and the hotel looked amazing. Only a short walk to the beach and few shops. You do have people trying to sell various things on the beach but they were quite amusing. We did try to keep our room on as we had a late flight but that proved very difficult to arrange so we gave up. You can use the spa facilities to shower which turned out fine. It was great to see the pool man removing towels and books people had put on their sunbeds. It gave everyone a better chance to get one after breakfast. You cannot reserve before 10.00 a.m. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We had a lovely week in this hotel and all the staff, from receptionist on arrival, restaurant staff, entertainment staff, to cleaners, were very welcoming and gave us a really good time. Very spacious hotel providing everything you need if you didnt want to go out. Loved the greenery, with waterfalls, and ferns and large trees, also restaurant was overlooking all this, like being in a rainforest. Yes it is on the outskirts of the shops and is a good 15-20 minute walk down to the front but this suited us as after such a good breakfast we needed the walk. Lunch and dinner were equally as good with excellent choices. The spa which was free on all inclusive was excellent after lunch where we spent an hour every day before lounging around the outdoor pool. Spa did have a few tiles missing in some areas and could do with a few repairs but the massage jets and hot jacuzzi made up for this. Room was kept clean and tidy by the staff and had full sun on the balcony overlooking pools and sea.Entertainment staff did an excellent job looking after everyone who wanted to join in the various games throughout the day and then worked hard throughout the evening. We had some very good acts through our stay, best we have seen. Loved the little extras this hotel provided which we haven't had before even in 4* hotels so we had a great time and hope to return soon.

Just returned from a week in this hotel. I read all the reviews before we went but here’s my review On entering the huge foyer there is a lovely fragrance which I like , very clean. Check in was simple and the girl was lovely. We arrived quite late but she said that we could leave the bags and go and get some dinner before the restaurant closed. I was impressed with the buffet style restaurant, which overlooked the entertainment bar area. The table linen was spotless and you got proper napkins at dinner. The food was absolutely fine. Something for everyone even the fussiest of eaters. Huge bonus - there was a microwave that you could give your food that zap 👍 again the restaurant staff were so lovely and attentive. You helped yourself to wines juices beers etc. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. 2 easy chairs and a little table. More than ample space for clothes. The bathroom again spacious with 2 basins and nice tiling. The room was made up every day. Pillows not brilliant. It was one of the nicest pool areas I have seen . Very clean plenty of loungers and a pool bar with snacks . Loved the island in the middle of the pools . The entertainment again was very good if you wanted to participate and the team were so good. Very energetic and Good fun. Have to thank the bar staff also . All good but I have 1 minor issue. Our flight was not until later so we asked to extend our room till 5pm This wasn’t possible but we were able to keep it until 3pm for 15 euros. So we checked out but obviously wanted to enjoy the rest of the day at the pool which we did and as there is no courtesy room to use you have to shower at the spa. Its not ideal. There are no hairdryers or toiletries and you just feel disorganised and and half ready. My recommendation would be a courtesy room like most other hotels offer. Apart from this I would recommend this hotel - it is literally 2mins in a taxi to the town which we did 1 night just to see but we were overall happy with our choice. We wanted a chill week and it suited us perfectly - even if the weather wasn’t the best

Our party of 10 people aged 20 to 69 stayed at beatriz costa resort and Spa recently and we all had a fabulous holiday. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous place! Pool area is lush! Bar staff are fantastic, especially jaimy, nikki, Isabell and Angel polo!
Food is not for the fussy, but most of us found something that we liked for majority of meal sittings. They have a different theme each night...Asian, Italian, traditional canarian cuisine to name a few.
Meal times are strict! As my sister found when her plate of food was snatched from her by one of the waitresses in the dining area.
There is daily activities around the pool. Yoga in the mornings, archery, killer pool, water aerobics...allsorts. Dj set outside the pool bar on Saturday afternoons which was bouncing!
We found the night time entertainment was mostly catered for the Spanish, as we were there during a Spain holiday. But that didn't stop us murdering a few classics on the karaoke.
Spa facilities are fab. We were all inclusive so could use it once a day. A few of our party had some treatments that were paid for but reasonably priced.
The town center is only a 10 min walk away. If like us, you have an older member of the family with you, a taxi will cost you 4 euros. The hotel are happy to book taxis for you and we never waited longer than 5mins to be picked up.
Our rooms were cleaned everyday, beds changed and made up, fresh towels and toiletries were put in the bathroom daily.
All in all, a fabulous holiday! We can't wait to go back!

The Hotel Beatriz Costa And Spa is a nice hotel with good decor and plenty of outdoor space. The rooms were tidy and kept clean and the tea and coffee were replenished daily. Our room had a tv and fridge. The way the hotel is built means you can sit on your balcony and feel secluded and not overlooked and all look onto the pool. The dining room is quite large and has a good variety of food. We were half board but noticed most of the guests were all inclusive which would have been better as the drinks cost more than I expected. There was entertainment on each evening either the hotel team or hired in artists. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds set around it and away from it. There's a crazy golf course in the grounds as well and there are games for anyone to join in with during the day, darts, shooting, archery and keep fit classes. The hotel is slightly out from the town centre, about ten minutes to the first shop and pub, but a free bus does run a few times a day and a taxi is less than four euros.

This was another really lovely visit back to the Beatriz costa and spa hotel, we have visited this hotel for over the past 17 years + and once again the hotel did not disappoint.
From checking in with the reception staff made check in run smoothly and were very welcoming and friendly not only to us but to all the guests.
We stayed Half Board and at the breakfast there was a large selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juices and hot breakfasts. Really there was something there for everyone.
The dinners in the evenings had a large selection also, ranging from pastas, rice, paella, meats, potatoes etc, basically there was something for everyone, there is also a themed end of the restaurant and they specialise in absolutely outstanding food ranging from stir fry to pizza and the list goes on. The staff in the dinning room are friendly and helpful from the chefs to the waiters and waitress and help with any query you have efficiently.
The rooms are clean and spacious. They overlook the pool and if you are in one of the higher floored rooms you can see not only the pool but also over the ocean and Costa teguise and sitting in the balcony watching the sun rise or set over this area is relaxing and you can even see cruise ships coming sail in and out of the harbour. The cleaning staff do a fanatic job of keeping the room clean and ensuring you have clean fresh towels to come in to from a day out.
The hotel is placed a short walk from the local town. You can take it at your own pace. But if you are tired or cannot walk to far you can get a taxi which I must admit are reasonably priced.
A huge thanks goes out to all the staff at the hotel for another lovely stay and we look forward to returning in October.
