Me and my sister spent a week here in September and really enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely and clean with decent rooms and friendly staff. The pool area is lovely and the drinks/snacks are reasonably priced. It is in a great location and i will defo be returning and would recommend to all.

Spent a week here end of Sept / beginning Oct with my sister, Room was nice, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely. We never made it down for breakfast. Could be quite noisy in a morning, people moving furniture, cleaner shouting and clattering and banging. One of the only things i will say is the bathroom often... More

Nice balcony with sea view overlooking the bar and pool area. Comfortable beds( 2 singles pushed together) Air con worked well. Pool area was lovely, and very well maintained. It was really windy all week... More

Just returned from another two weeks stay at the Superior... and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The whole building is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are the heart of this place, most genuine, friendly people, very attentive and efficient. The hotel is situated far enough away from the middle of town that noise is not a problem and... Booked a family room with Thomas Cook and got room 302. Lovely room. Huge balcony. Wonderful views. Great to sit out late in the evening and watch the lit up ferries etc sailing by. Going back next year and would love 302 or 303 again.

My second stay here and I do not think I will stay again. Although the staff are great and the hotel is lovely and clean the beds in our room were rock hard and very uncomfortable and the room was very smelly at times. The room looked over a car park and was noisy from delivery lorries, coaches and mopeds.... More

Dear Guests, I am afraid your criticism in unfair, probably influenced from the fact that you did not get the room you hoped. Guests of Thomas Cook have exactly the same chance of getting a room with a "nicer" view as any other guest. Sea View rooms are available at a charge and that stands for everybody, it is payable.... Spent two weeks at the Cleopatra Superior and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great hotel, good food, lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was good, with a bath and a great shower and even the beds were comfortable. Would definitely go back.
