We are travelling to this hotel on 18/6/2016 and have a family member who is an amputee, we did request a ground floor quiet room when booking however thought I would request this again just...

If you are looking for a holiday with a lot of drunken polish men and a really bad hotel management that doesn't listen. Then this is the perfect holiday place for you. We didn't get the room we payed for, there was a dirty dog in the kids pool. Lots of polish families that wanted to party all night long....

The rooms are lovely and clean plus air conditioned. Bedding changed daily, mini kitchenette, Tv in adults room. Can't ask for more!! Water park is amazing, can't fault it. The food during the day is constant whenever you want it! That's ice cream whenever, pizza whenever, chips whenever, baguette's whenever, plus alcohol when ever! I don't know about bottled water...

Large family hotel with a waterpark in connection with the hotel. Very nice pools incl. two large children pools. Had an apartment, double bed, and a single one. Small kitchen also. Very noisy in the "english" end of the hotel. Entertainment really poor. Hotel is close to a large range of restaurants. Had problems with the aircondition, it worked on...

We went to Zante, Greece on a 7 night holiday with family. We stayed in Caretta beach hotel. Our room had a double bed and 2 single beds. It had a small kitchen with a sink, fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over it. The room was clean and tidy and medium sized. It also...

This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and we travelled as a party of 14. 8adults and 6kids ages ranging from 3-8. The hotel is a short transfer from the airport which after an early start is such a bonus with irritable children. However you may have to wait to check in to your room. The hotel rooms are...

If you have any class you won't go here. We booked for a family of three, 2 adults, 1 child (9), and truly fell let down. The hotel is barely 3* let alone 4* which has only been given because of the attached water park. Things you expect from both 4* and all inclusive would be: • Bottled water –...
