We stayed for one day, in order to sleep a little bit and take a shower to attend a wedding. And there was no hot water! We showered with cold water. I complained to the front desk (so did most of the people of my and other groups) and even registered a complain in their complaints book. No answer so...

Clean room and friendly staff. They offer parking and wifi. The hotel location is very good since you have a straight access to Route 5. They offer a good breakfast in the morning. Also you can find little stores around in case you arrive late at night.

The hotel is simple and without much pretentiousness. The room was large, but the pillow was so uncomfortable that it didn't let me sleep, and the air conditioning made so much noise that I preferred the sound of the buses that went through the street to have that device on. It has a good service and good breakfast.

I was surprised with the hotel with very good rooms and a nice restaurant with good options of the Chilean cuisine . The best in Rancagua and with a good location as well. The people at the lobby are very kind and all my requests were promptly answered.

I was at this hotel on business and it met all my expectations. The Internet was fast, the beds were comfortable, the room had a small refrigerator, there is a small gym and pool, and a very nice breakfast. Since it is on the main road you can expect some noise with street peddlers banging drums and entertaining drivers at...

Beautiful room, they don't have internet (only at reception) but tell to you that they have! And when you go to ask why it doesn't work they answer always the same lie: we are waiting the technician to adjust it...but I wait this technician from September... The food is very bad, microwave pasta and expensive. At the end is like...

I'm in room number 201, I think it is the worst room, it has a restroom in one side, and the pool on other side. Obviously the noise is so loud. The breakfast is buffet but it doesn't have so much options. My room doesn't even have a minibar. The furniture is awful, it isn't a clean hotel and the...

This hotel seems to be one of the best of Rancagua but the service was quite disappointing! There was no internet in the room during all the week! Further, I had expired beverages in my minibar and after drinking a Pepsi felt myself pretty bad! Then I discovered it was expired for one year!

Quiet, clean rooms are the main attraction here. The house keeping staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk is courteous and efficient. The restaurant is another matter. Breakfast is disappointing. Dinner is mediocre. But the real issue is the music. The lame, lounge singing version of the best of Pink Floyd is enough to drive you nuts halfway through...
