Had visited patiala for admission of my son in Thapar institute and booked this hotel
Room is okay but could have been better considering prices ( paying 5500 per night for two)
The food quality is average but is very expensive. Be ready to pay 600 rs for one veg curry , 150 rs for a bottle of water and 220 for two peice of gulabjamun at restaurant. Atleast That let you feel that you are staying at Taj or Hyatt :) service definitely needs improvement though staff is courteous and polite

Jaskirat the floor manager looking after our private event and the chap on the bar trolley fixing the Whisky were really committed and stood out from the rest.

Good Hospitality , rooms were made very good and Hyginatic food aslo very delicious staff served very well and. breakfast buffet was also good all basic items provided good ambience. Hotel location is also fine all necessary areas nearby..

We booked Clarion Inn hotel, Patiala for the cocktail and Haldi function on 11th and 12th February 2024 and I had the worst experience here. On 11th I had cocktail party and The food, the hospitality and everything else was the worst. The hotel has such big name but had nothing. Firstly they don’t know how to fulfill commitments. Secondly they don’t even have proper cutlery. They were serving everything in disposals. Also we gave them our own cutlery they didn’t even returned it to us. Hotel didn’t even have waiters to server or refill the food, food quality was the worst , not a single thing was worth eating at all. Let’s talk about The rooms, they didn’t even have basic amenities in the rooms at all. My guests had to call room service again and again to request for the basic things. Moreover, let me share one video also, Ceiling of one of the room also fell of. This was really disappointing. During breakfast time, can you imagine, my guests were making things themselves, cuz the hotel didn’t have any service at all, they didn’t have waiters, and the quality was literally the worst. My guests told me that we are better without any breakfast and went outside to have something to eat. It was really embarrassing for us. You can see the chana puri in the photos, never seen so bad puri at a 4star hotel ever. They were taking 30min to serve things and even then the food was like this. Moreover during the dinner time after Haldi, restaurant took 30min to serve milk, to serve chapatis, and that time again my guests just stood up without having proper dinner.
All of my brother’s wedding functions went out bad just because of the hotel’s poor management and services. I will never recommend this hotel or this franchise again to anyone.

Wifi was not working and I had to cancel a video call meeting because of this. Room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Bed sheet had a yellow stain on it, yes, it was what you think it might be! For breakfast they gave me hot fruit juice - yes, hot! Not even warm, hot. Very unwelcoming, 5 staff in restaurant and not one greeted me with a 'good morning' or showed me to my seat. I showed manager all these things and he, Mr V Bhatt, said he would make an adjustment to my bill - refund. Of course I trusted he would do this and two days on he now doesn't answer my call and neither have I been refunded one penny! A very untrustworthy manager. So guess what - I shall never ever visit again. Everyone seemed to be concerned and accepting of the situation I presented to them and now I am hundreds of kilometres away they are going-back on their agreement with me.

We came for birthday celebration in #clerionAmps we really enjoyed ,like the services provided by staff well decorated vanue we got my family and other relatives are very happy with overall experience sepcially we like the food and Hospitality. Staff served us very professionally and last but not least their smiles. Sanjeev taken care very good.will recommended this place to our friends and relatives. Thank you team clerion patiyala,,😊

We booked for a small function for 19/9/21 after 6.30 pm when we reached at 7 pm they were weren’t ready after conversation they said wait for some time. Even after 7.30 merely one /two snacks& later resumesd service.when dinner time people sat for dinner there was issue & some persons left the dinning tab without taking meal & plates were taken away immediately by waiters & after settling down they put the plates on table & count for fresh there by increasing the plates no .as bills wer already cleared . Mr Rahul demanded 21 thousands more & we paid ten thousand there & settled
Then mr Rahul start phoning daily for the payment & his accounts officer threatened . Then we paid ten thousands more on 27/9

The property is located at a well connected road and has private basement parking. The food served was also good. The room sizes and the galleries on all floors were spacious and well lit which gives the hotel a vibrant look. The staff too was courteous and helpful.

Washrooms were a bit messy but were cleaned instantly on request.

A few days back I was at Patiala for some work and visited this place. Interiors were awesome and neat. Soothing muic plays and a different vibe you get as soon as you enter. Staff is polite and friendly. Moreover hotel is located at a prime location. I have ordered: Hyderabadi chicken biryani Assorted non veg platter Chicken satay All the items were perfectly prepared and were made of the freshest ingredients. The quality and taste of the food were great. I would personally recommend all to try their Hyderabadi dum biryani and satay which were truly out of the world and would surely drool your taste buds for more and more. Overall, loved the ambience and food very much. Would recommend all of you to check this place out if you are looking for a nice place to hangout with your near and dear ones.
