What a view from the balcony, what an apartment. What a building. Only word to say is wow. Roof top pool and BBC area. Ground floor pool tennis courts. Pool tables and others this the ideal holiday apartment for all the family.

Position (views of the water and the mountains on the north side apartment across the road from the water and lots of shopping only minutes away), price, cleanliness and ammenities (tennis court, 2 pools and spas, gym and games room, underground secure parking). Top draw. New appliances in the in-room laundry and newly refurbished main bedroom. Now for the rest...

Hello Leslie, thanks for taking the time to post a comprehensive review of you star with us, and we are glad for the positives you found. There are a lot of buildings on the coast of our vintage and we were trying very hard to upgrade the building to it's former glory and this necessitated have tradesmen around to do...

Room 6D overlooks the Broadwater. Facilities in the Atrium are excellent but everything is at extra cost , even toilet paper and beach towels for pool, but this needs to be weighed up against the discounted accommodation offered. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, we have bathroom with spa as well as ensuite shower. Air con to main living plus...

Hello Barry, thanks for taking the time to post a comprehensive revire of your stay with us, we appreciate that and glad that you had a good time here. Yes we are back to the concern with the limited supply of consumables. We always state that in our marketing and we do this because we can't cater for everyone's taste...

Hello Brett, touched by the sincerity of your review. Thanks. Yeah, the restaurant was close owing to a bereavement in the family, but they are the type of people who would have loved to have spoiled you with their service! Take care and come back and see us sometime....

We were 4 nights there at Atrium Resort. That was very bad experience for us.We could stay with same price in a tower in surface paradise. The work that we do after our bad days in Atrium Resort. Hamed.

Hello Hamid, thanks for posting a review of stay of four days with us (the average is three nights). I'm sorry that your stay was not up to expectations, but because you never came near reception after booking in, we assumed that everything was hunky dory with your unit. As you have left no details, I cannot respond accordingly and...

The unit was tired and needed renovating. Little things like curtains, doors and shower door not closing properly are annoying. The cover on the remote for the light/fan comes off. The toilet leaked. There were 2 pools and spas in the complex as well as 2 games rooms, one for the kids and one exclusively for the adults. A good...

Hello David, thanks for posting a review of your stay with us and I guess by default I'm glad that the big things must have been okay. We do have a tiler working his way through some of the cheaper units which is sparking the units up no end! With the smaller items, if we are told at reception we...

Hello Kelly, thanks for posting a review of your stay with us and I appreciate acknowledgement of the good bits. All of our units are individually owned and most have been refurbished, however, the three and a half star units (which you booked) are not and it is also why they are the cheapest. And yes, ground floors anywhere don't...

Rooms were mouldy and smelt the children's bedroom was a disgrace and so bad the children could not sleep in the room., the walls were dirty and mould on the ceiling the toilet was so small the door touched the toilet. The power points were dangerous.

Well... thanks for leaving a review. However, I know that we are supposed to be nice an diplomatic, but frankly, you review makes no sense to me at all. Our rooms are carefully cleaned after every guest leaves with strict attention to mould being so close to water. Our units DON"T smell and of our four and half thousand guests...

spent three nights there with our family. Only downfall is the huge spa bath that you have to get into to have a shower. Good tv reception but terrible internet access with their free 250mb.
