We loved our room overlooking the gorgeous countryside. Even a view from the bathroom of lambs, partridges, rabbits and deer. The bed was huge and very comfortable and towels fluffy and new. Christine was a delightful lady who cooks a superb breakfast and enjoys chatting to guests. You are able to walk to Chatsworth House from the B&B so would...

My husband and I stayed in the stable cottage attached to heathy lee. It was just what we needed. In such a beautiful setting and so peaceful, with chatsworth estate just literally on the doorstep so if you like a good walk there is plenty, but also beslow a short stroll away with lovely pubs etc. We couldn't have had...

Lovely cottage tucked away near the Heathy Lea B&B. Cleaned to a high standard and very comfortable cottage for two. Underfloor heating and well equipped. Close to the main road going in to Baslow but that did not bother us. Stream next to cottage. Situated on the very edge of Chatsworth and an entrance via the B&B to the grounds...

**Review of The Barn holiday cottage run by the same people at the same location** This may seem like a contradictory review but here goes! First off I will state both my wife and I would have no real problem staying here again. It's a decent enough place in a good location which was perfect for stepping straight into the...

We stayed here for a night travelling through the UK. In the initial communication the host wanted to know an exact 30 minute window that we would expect to arrive. A bit difficult when you're travelling a long distance, and spending the day on walking trails. None the less we obliged and cut our walk short to make sure we'd...

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and it has been a lovely relaxing weekend! We booked a large room, which was room 2 (there are only 3 bedrooms) which was just as lovely as the photo's - large and spacious and well decorated. Furniture was lovely, large bed and 2 comfy armchairs. Breakfast was delicious and lots...

Just had a great weekend at the Healthy Lea B&B, we were greeted by Christine who is a lovely lady. The bedroom was spacious and clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The B&B is located behind Chatsworth House so guarantees some wonderful views over breakfast. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful although if I had one criticism...
