We stayed in bunk room. Very happy with the kitchen and dining room, as cosy as home, with great view. But the matress has totally lost support for my body, causing stiff neck and pain in my upper back. My body sinked into the matress and i had to remove the pillow in the middle of the night so i...

The lodge is a lovely place to stay and we have had the opportunity to visit several times. Well appointed rooms, excellent views from room and the restaurant. Wide of selection of food in the restaurant and many activities available at the lodge. The staff were pleasant enough, although it would have been a plus if they had been a...

After a long drive from Christchurch it was lovely to arrive to such a clean spacious room. Mountain views from patio door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its such a remote area I didn't know what to expect with accommodation but this place ticked all the boxes. Spa bath was also a nice bonus. Only problem didn't have time...

Travelled with the family back in August 2014. We have always driven past Mount Cook, wishing we could stop over there for a couple of nights. This was our 4th trip to New Zealand and this time, we stayed at Mount Cook. I can tell anyone now who wish to do the same, the scenery is stunning; almost transcendent to...

Travelling as two couples, we booked two upstairs face fronting rooms in this lodge for two nights and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were really helpful and upon our arrival they made recommendations and answered the many questions that we had. We were extremely fortunate as Mt Cook was revealed in all its splendour and lit by the...

We were passing through Mount Cook Village during a snowy few days but still had a lovely stay - the staff were friendly and recommended the best walks to do considering the weather and advised us on which restaurants would be best suited to us in the small village. The room was lovely with amazing views of the surrounding mountains....

Felt very relaxed here! The view of Mt. Cook was wonderful! It was also within a short walk or even shorter drive to some very pleasant hiking trails. Really enjoyed the communal deck! Watched the sunset over the Mountain one night! Just absolutely gorgeous!

What can I say about this place - both my wife and I were super impressed. While everything was great, two aspects of our stay stood out - 1) The views are breathtaking. The property must have been designed with views in mind. If you have the room that faces Mount Cook, you'll wake up to a picture perfect view...
