Absolutely beautiful! bnb is housed further back on the estate but has the same view of lake and sweeping gardens. The room was spacious, hosts were true New Zealanders - generous and friendly. Unique

Ferg and Carmel were very kind and provided a great breakfast! Tess the Jack Russell was fun to watch and the grounds are lovely. Be sure to head to Geraldine early to visit the fruit and cheese shops.

Wonderful location and venue for a wedding. Management and Staff were fantastic to work with and helped make the day go off without any problems. They catered for all dietary requirements and made us very welcome as we stayed in the Bed and breakfast. Nothing was a problem and very everyone involved were very friendly./ Thanks for making the day a success.

The location is beautiful and required over 100 photos and videos to capture just a part of this incredible facility. The staff is the very best part as they are so friendly and warm that I consider them one of the highlights of my trip to New Zealand.

We arrived to NZ on the 5:e of feb. We travelled North and South Island, 3000 km and visited "all" famouse places suck as Napier, Queenstown, Ohope etc. Storebrodern was our best stay, in the small cottage beside. Everything was perfect including the breakfurst and the dogshow.🔆❤️🌹🐒

Stone Bridge was so relaxing and welcoming after a long day travelling. The beautiful gardens are just so impressive and tranquil. Breakfast was delicious !!! Would have loved to have stayed longer but we had a tight schedule. Wonderful hosts.

We only stayed one night but wished we would have stayed longer. Carmel, the host and owner, was very welcoming and the delightful Sonya prepared an outstanding breakfast and made us feel warm and at home in our room. The grounds are green, lush, and very peaceful. Our room was well appointed and had a fabulous patio table and deck overlooking the property. Would return again for certain

From the minute you arrive you are at home. Carmel and Sonia make you feel so welcomed and nothing is any trouble to them. The accommodation is wonderfully clean and very comfortable and the grounds have a definite wow factor. The freshly cooked excellent breakfast was a treat to be able to eat outside overlooking the lake. A place you wish you had booked for longer; definitely a place to stay if you can.

We landed in Auckland on 1 Jan 2016 and have driven over 5000 kilometres through North & South Island. We had stayed in 11 B&B on our journey finishing at Stonebridge. With an absolutely superb garden straight outside our French windows and a large Queen Bed covered in cushions with flower petals arranged in a heart shape ....we knew we had found somewhere very special ! Carmel our host and Sonia looked after us so well even doing a weeks worth of Washing for us. A superb cooked Breakfast was served on our garden table in glorious sunshine with the fountains on the lake in the background and half a dozen white Doves enjoying the sunshine on the grass next to us. Paradise. Peaceful. Great company including Jack Russell - Tess who soon learnt to whom to bring the tennis ball
