While the Park is no longer an official Top 10 Park, it is none the less every bit up to the same standards. The hosts are great, the facilities are always clean, and the park is convenient to all the best places in the Mackenzie, without the crowds found in other areas. Fairlie is important for another reason...The Fairly Bakehouse...

We loved our time at the Fairlie Holiday Park. Our hosts were friendly, the facilities super clean and it is perfectly located almost in the center of the town. What a great place to stay to break up a long drive and explore the area!

We stayed here while visiting the church of the good Shepard and the lakes. The staff were very accommodating and went out of there way to help us as we ran late. The site itself was very clean, tidy and accessible. We would stay here again.

Have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years, have never camped but used their facilities en route home from further south, or heading south. Generally share a cabin with my brother, use our own bedding. Cabins are comfortable and roomy enough for us, with comfortable beds and heating if required. Cabins are are in excellent repair...

Arrived in the middle of the day. Office was closed, a note on the door, park where you like , office open 4.30pm to 6.30pm. We parked up and went out for the afternoon which was fine. Arrived back after dinner at about 6.45pm. The office was closed, a new customer had just arrived and 2 more after that. Not...

This was a lovely clean and tidy campground. the buildings were so clean and tidy and a pleasure to be around.. The only disadvantage was that it is quite close to a busy road and so some road noise was audible but seems to go by bed time. Sadly, when we were there some low life spread food all over...

This used to be a top ten but is now a privately run camp ground. It's very clean and a reasonable price. Good shower and toilet area with a lovely modern communal kitchen. The spaces are large and it's a pretty camp ground with lots of trees and plants around. Wifi is paid for but was very quick and $5...

I stayed one night here since Tekapo was fully booked. It has recently changed owners and is no longer a Top 10 Holiday Park. Despite this, the facilities were well looked after and clean. There wasn't a huge area to pitch tents in, but it was pleasant along the back fence under the trees. A nice place to rent for...

Well located just on the outskirts of Fairlie, this is a lovely small holiday park. No longer a Top 10, but priced at $15 per person for an unpowered site, there are lots of trees and space. There's a superbly clean shower and toilet block (three of each / sex) and a lovely kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has...
