Just finished a 3 day marriage function of my brother in Holiday Regency Hotel. Food and arrangements were very good. Such a lovely experience and it was only possible because and only because of Mr Kamal Monga who from the very first day supported and guided us in everything. I would say that it was because of him we took the decision to do the marriage there. But during the entire period he was always there to ensure that all the events went smoothly. Even when he had 103+ fever he came to Hotel to see if we need any support. Never seen such a dedicated person in my life. Hats off to you. The experience with other staff was not that great sometimes they were not prompt, didnt know things, sometimes rude but Mr Monga ensured that he covered the mistakes or shortfalls of the entire team which is huge in size. I can really say that it was a one man show. Management needs to have more people like him in the team. A thorough professional and dedicated gem of a person. Would definitely visit this hotel or do our functions because of the experience we got under his supervision.…

We have booked pool area for our kids birthday party but it was all messed up ! Even after calling to mr patel general manager on the same day that we are coming from 30 km we have been told by staff that pool is not working today it was dirty as picture attached ! MR PATEL DID NOT RECIEVED THE CALL AFTER REACHING HOTEL ! HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTING

Hotel is ok because you dont have any choice in this location. We had a query on our accounts after we stayed with them. We tried calling them almost more than 20 times, then wrote a mail asking the same ...NO response. That was the real issue. - lack of communication. As its a mobile number only that you can contact them on - i whatsapped them - The person on other side read it - again NO response. Finally once the call was picked by chance I had no choice to tell them either respond and pick calls or we will have to take it up with a complaint. Thats when someone else from accounts may be came on call - and rather than understanding why i was talking of complaining (due to them not picking calls) - he started being rude as i used the word "complaint " which he did not like. Ok agreed , but what about keeping someone wait for 5 days for a query. Then to add to it he said he will blacklist us ...and honestly its ok because if this is how they respect guests and not understand the real issue , its better not to revisit the place. I am disappointed with the behavior. …

Stayed for 2 days in the hotel as the part of marriage. Really liked the hospitality, taste of food, room ambience. The service was decent even though have to remind few times in case of delay. Tried emperor restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Ample of choice and good taste as well.

I stayed this hotel with my wife. Hotel is Really very Beautiful and the Ambience is Extra Ordinary. Front Office Staff is very Helpful. Specially Kapil Sir. He delivers the Things out of the Box. Rooms Are Beautiful. We enjoyed alot pool side view in sunny Morning. Restaurant food is Delicious. Service staff is very Good. Thanks Highly recommend Will sure Soon Stay Again.

Visited the hotel with group for lunch, the property has good ambience and Indian restaurant serves very nice food...though a little pricey....but good...lobby is huge with good washrooms and a massage chair is a big plus

It is an elegant property with decent amenities. Have been there twice and liked it both times. The food is good esp. fish & chips. It is generally not overcrowded so you can expect it to be a leisure and relaxinbg trip.

We had been there three days for my daughter's wedding. Excellent Hotels and service was good. They have to improve the HAVC systems in the room and it was was not that much cool. Rest every things were okay.

Everything From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, the service and staff were just excellent. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
