Stayed for 2 days in the hotel as the part of marriage. Really liked the hospitality, taste of food, room ambience. The service was decent even though have to remind few times in case of delay. Tried emperor restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Ample of choice and good taste as well.

The property is well built with comfortable rooms. Almost all facilities are available in the hotel. Food is good and well presented. All the staff is very welcoming except the the staff at the restaurant whom I found quite rigid and seem not very interested in attending the customer rather busy chit-chatting and enjoying movies on television. With a hotel of such a repute in Moradabad a better service is expected.

I stayed this hotel with my wife. Hotel is Really very Beautiful and the Ambience is Extra Ordinary. Front Office Staff is very Helpful.
Specially Kapil Sir.
He delivers the Things out of the Box. Rooms Are Beautiful. We enjoyed alot pool side view in sunny Morning.
Restaurant food is Delicious.
Service staff is very Good.

This is the only decent looking hotel in Moradabad, it still uses the Best Western signs and logos throughout, misleading, although is independently operated.
Being the only '5*' hotel in the area I was very disappointed, perhaps that's why they don't care about it's customers, no competetion.
The rooms are clean and tidy, however using dark wood it's dull and deppressing.
The tv is located in the far corner of your room, hardly able to watch or hear it.
Being a Westerner, I experienced tummy troubles, this hotel must have the tiniest toilet paper I have ever seen, I had to keep calling housekeeping for more and more...
Upon enquiring about the cost of laundry, I was deceived and told that it was included in my rate. Upon check out I was stung with laundry costs, when I approached the manger, he just laughed and walked away.
Try asking the front desk for anything, they end up asking the useless manager.
The manager served no purpose, overall the hotel is poorly managed.

Hopefully, someone with a bit of brains will open up another 1/2 star hotel nearby and wipe these suckers out.

I stayed there for 2 nights and never had such a bad experience... Staff was unfriendly rude lethargic lazy ...rooms lock were all messed up... Hotel was unable to provide me the room key for my entire stay so I had to call them by some one else room for them to open d room for me... They served exactly same breakfast both morning so I wonder if someone stays there for a week...overpriced food .... Toilet jet wasn't fine in mostly all d rooms v booked( about 40) toilet roll was of local quality.... Disgusting feel I have when I think of those 2 days...

A fancy facade a huge plot size a big building - but no soul !
The service was terrible , the staff untrained , the rooms - at the end of a long deserted corridor dampness in the air - there was just nothing right !
There wasn't enough furniture to fill the rooms they called as suites . Since they are the biggest hotel in Moradabad there isn't much choice so
I hope that on my next trip the experience will be better .

Located next to the highway, this royal hotel is easy to find due to its royal building in pure white color. We were warmly welcomed, the rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable that we had the best night of our trip. After diving into the swimming pool, we enjoyed having a drink in the bar and sharing great food at the restaurant. The staff was really helpful, going beyond our expectations.

This Hotel, with its 'over the top' facade has very good and clean rooms, a restaurant with delicious curry's and raita's, friendliy staff and a reasonable wifi.
However, when my luggage was delayed by KLM and sent after me from Delhi Airport, the staff was clueless, refused the bagage 'cause the guest was not known ' - they had a passport copy f.g.s. - and it was back on its way, 160 km to Delhi. I was without fresh clothes for 4 days. No help was offered. A lame statement for KLM that I had to get some clothes had to be wrestled from the management. No excuse in kind was offered, not even a free beer.
The pool was freezing cold and very uninviting.
Not good!

I don't know the charges for the banquet area to be honest. We just went there once for the cousin sister's wedding. We were managed by her in-laws, everything was booked by them, so I don't know the charges for banquet.
