I am from Delhi and have been coming to moradabad since the last 23 years. This is one of my best stays in Moradabad for the price I paid ( Rs. 1425 on Goibibo for a single basic room including buffet breakfast ) . The room was good with all amenities but what impressed is the service they provide be it room service or housekeeping. The buffet spread was very good but what made it much better is the service you get at your table. I was served by Preity, Sneha, Vishal and Mr. Anil. They must be doing it everyday but still they do it so much passion. All of them had a smile on their faces and served with so much love. Hats off. Overall a great stay 5 stars

It was a wonderful stay. So many points are there to be appreciated about this hotel. 1. Staff is quite professional. 2. Deeksha at the restaurant made our family eat like a family member. 3. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. 4. Staff at the reception always greets you with a very good smile. 5. Dal Makhni & Tandoori chicken were mind blowing.
Suddenly I started feeling Low and needed a medicine in emergency at night 10pm, so the manager asked me to take rest in the room and sent some staff to get me the Medicines, which is so kind of him.
Will recommend everyone Hotel Mansarover Paradise, if u want a pleasant n comforting stay in Moradabad.

We had arranged 5oth marriage anniversary of our father and mother on 7th December in Mehndi Hall with stay in same hotel. The Golden Glass gallery, Selfi walls, Shimmer wall, crockery, food taste, carpet, service at reception, on stage, lighting live flowers all things were excellently arranged by the dynamic owner Deepak Chabra ji and his team, he personally involved with us more than like our family member and kept a watch on every minute detail. His team including Babli ji, Juned ji, Shiva and Shashank were very cooperative. I thank them for arranging such a nice party and wish them best of luck for future. Rooms are good esp. VVIP rooms, other rooms can be made more better, the new Venus hall and its arrangements were excellent

I am writing this review about Hotel Mansarovar Paradise Moradabad, while I am still checked in on 25th Dec 2020. I am a business traveller who travels like 10-15 days a month and I stay in various corporate hotels mostly 3 to 5 star. I had to book my stay in this hotel only because my most preferred and best hotel in city Hotel Amara Gateway, was full booked. I thought this hotel would be ok because this is also a 3 star hotel and rated #1 property on Goibibo (God knows how this credit rating is calculated). To my utter surprise i faced so many problems here- 1. They provided a single towel in bathroom, only a bath towel and not even a single hand / face towel. Complained for it and I got another bath towel, which is so dirty that you won't even prefer to touch it. 2. The plumbing work is so bad, that the water in flush pot fills up once in like a hour. Complaint given, no solution possible at night. 3. The exhaust fan n bathroom creates noise more than that of a big generator and you can't keep running it even for a minute because it appears like room walls are shaking. Complained about it, they said it's how it is and can't be repaired or solved. 4. Bedsheet - can't call it white.. Call it brownish white with modern art (yellow brown stains) 5. Worst of all, they provided just 1 half liter mineral water bottle. On asking for more they are charging for it that too way above MRP. Seriously? So miser that they can't even provide a full 1 Liter of water complimentary?
Never ever stay here if you expect worth of money.

One of the horrendous hotel stays in my lifetime. We were a part of a large group and each one of us had a different horror story to say. The bedsheets had blood stains on them and repeated calls would not have them changed unless you yelled at them being at your wit's end. The washroom had slime all over and that couldn't be cleaned. The hot water tap, when turned on, had things dropping out which scared the living daylight out of me. The worst was yet to come. The room had paan masala packets all over and they claim they had cleaned the room. My colleagues had plug sockets busted, beds that throw them off and heaters connected with live wires. If that is not all, God save you if you are thirsty. You would be told that in standard rooms bottle of water is not given. So folks sleep in your cars, tents, wherever, but not Mansarovar.

We had a bday celebration of our daughter on 8th Jan 2023. All staff under Bubbly Kaur Ji were very professional, always available throughout the function. We had a very good event, all our guest were very happy and impressed with the arrangements. I would like to thank Bubbly kaur ji and whole Mansarovar Paradise hotel family for the arrangement. Very good experience. Friendly staff. Paul was the manager in breakfast section and his demeanour was very polite and respectful. Good and clean rooms. Food was tasty. Reception staff Highly trained and well managed. Recommended! Will visit again for sure.

One of the best places in Moradabad for wedding or other family functions. Decoration is awesome & the family stay was very comfortable. The food was also good in the Ehsaas restaurant, tasty yet not spicy.

Hotel mansarover paradise, this was a very good hotel and in this the restaurant was so nice and in that loved the Manchurian and aloo nazakat very much. These items were prepared so fresh and Great. Also with that the hotel provides really good service to their customers.
