We went here for my brother’s birthday. The zaika restaurant , one of the best restaurants to dine in Moradabad. Their dal is iconic and biryani is also the yummiest. Service is good. And ambience is lovely

The quality of the food is consistent and the taste is alright not too spicy or oily. It's at least clean and there is never a crowd here so it's usually quiet apart from the odd children running around.

Being a native of Moradabad, I booked this hotel for accommodating some eminent guests from various metros. My only concern was that no complaint should come in. And thankfully, the guests enjoyed their stay. The rooms are cozy with all facilities, the staff is courteous, overall ambience is good. Most importantly, the hotel is in the centre of the city, so exploring becomes easy. And the best part is the restaurant, which serves lip-smacking delicacies. Tip-Try Pastas, they are amazing.

I come here as for at least one dinner with my wife each time I visit India as I live in London My wife likes the atmosphere and the dim lighting which is great for a romantic evening! The food is good, my wife's favourite is chilli chicken dry I go for traditional chicken dishes like butter chicken and kali mirch chicken etc which are all good The thing which is bad about this place is their bathroom which stinks and the fact that they probably have no schedule of someone checking it regularly, as I couldn't find soap to wash hands after going to the loo!! Else otherwise good place to spend a nice evening!

Staff was friendly. Booking was easy. Discount was given over the counter. Room was bit damp but considering the cost, and we only needed it for few hours, we were ok. Needs a lot of improvement. The mattress were thin and of foam. Blanket also was without cover. There is no dedicated parking space, but that is usual in Moradabad. It is centrally located in the city.

Initially I have been allotted a very small room. One of the room i.e. Room No.108 is not ideal. I have been shifted to Romm No. 110 which is OK. Room service is good. Restaurant is very good but little costly. Credit card machine is not working make me problem for making payment. The bathroom of two adjoining room are connected hence very noisy from other room.

Spent a night after an early morning start from Delhi and a long and tiring day of back to back back meetings in Moradabad. But hopes of a good night's sleep vanished in no time as a cacophony of loud sounds - from a wedding banquet on one floor, the restaurant, the stairwell behind my room, hotel staff shouting and hurling obscenities at each other at 11.pm, sounds of furniture being moved around and probably gas cylinders being rolled around, magnified sounds of other guests coming down the bathroom shaft - besieged my ears. Speaking to the reception desk did not elicit much response either except for a "couldn't care less" shrug saying that's the way it would be till midnight at least. was happy to leave first thing in the morning thinking it might have been quieter at the railway station!

Was transferred to this hotel at the last minute due to a change in sleeping plans and found it to be quite a pleasant surprise. Not expecting luxury the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The room was air conditioned and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was typical Indian with shower and toilet sharing the same space and the plastic buckets. Hot water was intermittent but cold showers are pretty good in India. Staff weren't overly friendly but were helpful when needed. The restaurant was closed for lunch but they opened it just for us (4) and the meals were great. The street is relatively quiet but it's only a short walk to the chaos so typical of Moradabad. Having a 4am start saw staff sleeping at their posts inside and outside but jumped up to offer help. All in all I enjoyed our stay there.
