After being asked to go skiing with friends, but not being skiers, we relented, because the Alpine hotel our friends found looked and sounded like a great location for a trip of a lifetime. And we were not disappointed! The Family Hotel Adler was not only everything promised via their website, it was much more! Finding the hotel was easy,...

Spent a week in the hotel with 1 year old daughter. That was a week before season starts. We got good deal through other booking site with minimum prepayment. We arrived very late. Staff helped us to check in and brought all our stuff to our room. Our car was taken to the parking which was at the entry to...

We, two adults one kid, spent one week in winter time for skiing at this hotel. We were rather disappointed. Everything is rather old (room, bathroom, staircase, elevator, bar, ...). The breakfast is a very big buffet with lots of options. At dinner there is an à la carte with lots of courses and buffet for the kids. The...

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 week in February 11. We had a beautiful and spacy suite on the top floor. Kids enjoyed a bunk bed in a separate room, while adults had a very comfortable King bed. Bathroom was good, but could be equipped better. We had a big balcony with a great mountains view. Hotel's owners...

We had to cancel our stay due to a severe medical condition of one family member. This cancellation was WELL AHEAD of our intended stay and ONLY 2 days AFTER payment of the requested deposit. No good will was shown from the hotel: first our request for at least partial refund was completely ignored: on the phone noboday was in...
