This hotel is right on the beach. Get a room with a balcony! The rooms can be a bit rustic, but you are on the beach. It is family owned and has a nice restaurant that also looks out on the pacific. You supply your own drinking water ( can easily purchase it in town) and the coffee could be...

Posada Ziga is a great place to stay very nice owners and very helpful. we stayed two nights in a large room with king size bed and balcony with hammock and with a great view right on the beach. We were very comfortable and we will go back. Met a lady that was staying there for a month and loved...

This is just a lovely hotel. Right on the beach at the quiet end of things (not that Mazunte seems to get very rowdy, from what we saw during our four days there). The staff were sweet and helpful, our room was bright and clean and we even had hot water (quite nice for taking evening showers when it's not...

We stayed at Posada Ziga for a week and loved it. Our room overlooked the beach and views beyond. The location perched up beside the beach has a perfect breeze to cool off during the heat of the day, something not possible once you get away from the beach. It's a great place to keep an eye on beach life...

Excellent place to stay in Mazunte, just next to the each, windows facing south and east. Do not eat at the restaurant unless you don'y have a choice. The staff does not answer the telephone but to emails within a day.

Simple rooms with fan and beds with mosquito netting. Rooms with balconies overlooking the beach are great, for the view, the sound of the ocean and the breeze. The rooms are made up daily. and the sand you've tracked in is magically gone.

I stayed at Posada Ziga for three nights. They showed us 3 different rooms to choose from with different prices. We choose not to stay in the one with the best view because the ceiling didn't close all the way and we were worried about Mosquitos. We went with the 2nd best option. The beds were comfortable but the pillows...

This a great place to spend the weekend in Mazunte. From reserving a room, through two or three breakfasts Ms. Tania Ziga and the whole family is very very friendly. All I have to as a customer to reserve a room is tell Ms. Ziga I'm coming and when I will arrive. The rooms are clean with a very beautiful...

This budget hotel is perched right above the quiet end of the main beach so at night you only have the sound of waves. The main street with all the restaurants is 2 minutes walk as is the turtle museum which is nice to visit. The rooms are clean enough and cleaned daily to remove any sand which you are...

Good sized rooms with balconies and hammocks. Great value. Good mosquito nets on all of the beds. There is a nice restaurant downstairs. Many of the rooms are overlooking the beach. Nicely landscaped.
