We only stayed for one night, but it was lovely. Nice and quiet, comfortable room, lovely views out into the garder. Marion couldn't do enough for us, even though we were the only people staying there. Loved the bananas in the room as well as biscuits, made me feel very healthy. Breakfast was great, too!

Booked into this lovely B&B for a couple of nights and would recommend it to anyone. We had a super evening meal supplied by our lovely host, Marion and two lovely breakfasts. The place was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Little extra touches in the room like fruit and biscuits were very much appreciated and it was...

We stayed over night visiting my aged parents nearby and wow what a brilliant place, 7 or 8 minutes drive into Selby town and no more than 30 mins into York (we didn't go to York this trip but I'm remembering back to when I lived there) Beautiful surroundings, right out in the country, lovely views, lovely rooms, spotlessly clean,...

Just spent a lovely long weekend at Berewick Guest House nr Selby nth Yorkshire. Made to feel very welcome by the owner Marion Wilson. It is a lovely big house with a beautiful garden set in a quiet little village called Barlow. We were on a B&B basis, and the breakfast was megga, and really set us up for the...

We stayed at Berewick House for a weekend as we were visiting friends in Yorkshire. We were going to stay at one of the two well known chain hotels but we are really glad we didn't. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing and my dietary requirements (gluten free vegetarian) were met and my...

I stayed at Berewick House whilst on a cycling trip. As well as having bed and breakfast I had dinner. I could not fault this comfortable and welcoming establishment. Dinner was excellent, better than many restaurants I have eaten in.

This is a very pleasant and efficient bed and breakfast. It is located in the village of Barlow just south of Selby. This means that it is peaceful and quiet, but Drax power station is at the end of the road. This had no impact on me whatsoever during my stay. The room I was given was clean and comfortable,...

I stayed for two nights mid week whilst visiting family in the area. I was given a friendly welcome by Marion and shown to a well appointed double room even though I was travelling solo. The room was spotless, well furnished with quality fittings and a modern shower room. The B & B is situated in a quiet village not...

I recently stayed at Berewick House for one night on a trip back from North Yorkshire. I was made very welcome by hosts Andy and Marion, and although I had only booked a single room, I was given a very comfortable double room overlooking the very large back garden. The nearest pub is about a 1 1/2 miles away and...
