I can't even begin to explain how wonderful this place is. The suites are perfect for privacy and total relaxation. The view is to die for, I could look at it forever watching the changing light on the landscape. Helen, Peter and their family have made the most perfect retreat. From the fully stocked fridge replaced when ever, to the...

Only 40 minutes drive from one of Spain's busiest coasts and you feel you're a million miles away! Having a suite in Fountainhead is like having your own villa with pool in a beautifully peaceful area with superb views from your bedroom, lounge, jacuzzi bath and your totally private terrace with the added bonus (and it's a BIG bonus) of...

Beautifully located in the Malaga hills and an easy 40 minutes from the airport. The suites are fantastic and you enter a world of peace and serenity. We had a thunder storm one night and it was magical sat in front of a wood burning stove looking out at the storm in the mountains. The weather quickly returned to normal the...

Yet another fabulous stay in this fantastic retreat, from the drama of the drive to the opera of the food, everything is just amazing. We stayed this time in the Indian themed room which to be fair is just as amazing as all the other rooms we have stayed in. We joined some friends on this occasion who had the...

You feel like you are alone in the world but taken care of with such consideration that you dont need anything. The breakfast warm bread and the...

Other reviews tell of the great location and facilities - all true and hard to convey in words the view from the suites. We spent 14 nights which I suspect is longer than most guests stay so we were in a great position to have a detailed experience. Helen & Peter and family are very obliging hosts. They leave you...

It's been a long twelve months since our last visit, but once we arrived we were well rewarded. This time we chose The Arizona Suite, truly amazing panoramic view over the valley as this is an end suite. This year we had the very well received addition of the AC unit in the bedroom just giving a little more comfort...

Wow! It's difficult to pick out the best parts of our 3 day/night stay?! The room (we were in the Sultan suite), the views, the food, the tranquillity were incredible and unrivalled. If you're looking for peace, serenity and sheer luxury this is the place to visit. Staff are polite and discreet and the spa treatments are excellent. Enjoy....because we...

Great location for doing nothing. Upon arrival we were greeted by Angus, who brought us to our suite (Orient, no other availble at our dates). All what you need is there, and what is not you can order from roomservice. Great tapas and rosé wine. You order breakfast during dinner and it is delivered to your suite at the time...
