Certificate of Excellence
Glencoe House offers 5-star luxury suite accommodation in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The hotel comprises fourteen generous private suites (from 75-148 sq. metres) and contains two distinctive concepts. Firstly, The Glencoe House Suites that are located in the mansion house and have a wealth of period features together with sea or mountain views. Secondly, The Bell Tower Suites which are located 50m from the mansion and are more modern in look and feel and garden views; all have private walled gardens with hot tubs. Regardless of your choice, Glencoe House offers elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites, with the space and privacy to really kick your shoes off and unwind.

Just returned home today from a four night stay at Glencoe house. It was my second visit and my husband’s first. I cannot praise it enough. The staff including June and Bertie were all friendly and very welcoming. Glencoe House is spectacular, stunning with views to die for. The

Thank you for taking the time to post a review Jackie. We are delighted that your husband and yourself had such a good time. November has its own charm and allows you to retreat to your suite and put the fire on in the afternoon without any guilty thoughts that you should be out walking! The hot tub is clearly another good option. We are glad that you had a chance to recharge your batteries and we look forward to your return to your Highland home. Best wishes, The Glencoe House Team

Thank your for taking the trouble to post a review. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay in our Bell Tower Suites and feel quite overwhelmed by your comments. Thank you - feedback like this makes it all worthwhile. We have tried to second guess everything that guests might like in the suites and we are always looking to add some extra touches; your lovely feedback makes us feel that we are on the right lines! The dining options are varied for the Bell Tower Suites and it sounds as though you have tried them all, which means that you can change the type dining (formal v informal) depending on what you feel like. We look forward to welcoming you back to your Highland paradise. Best wishes, The Glencoe House Team

Thank you for taking the time to post a review Yvonne. The team feels quite overwhelmed by your feedback and it has certainly put a bounce in our step! We feel privileged that you selected Glencoe House for your birthday; any birthday ending in a zero is always worth full celebrations! It sounds as though you fully entered into the Glencoe House spirit particularly with a dip into hot tub despite the weather. We will very much look forward to you next visit with your family to your new Highland home! Best wishes, The Glencoe House Team

Thank you for taking the trouble to post a review Patrick. We feel privileged that you decided to stay with us for your 5th wedding anniversary and it sounds as though you entered into the Glencoe House spirit! Star gazing from the comfort of your private hot tub...fantastic! You were clearly lucky enough to enjoy the lovely autumn weather during your stay and coffee on the deck is a great way to start the day. We look forward to welcoming you back to your Highland haven. Are kids allowed at the property?
Yes of course. They are warmly welcomed and in fact a little stool is placed in the bathroom near the sink for their comfort!

Are kids allowed at the property?
I'm not sure, we didn't feel this was an adult only retreat. My wife found this place online, made the reservation and it was nothing short of wonderful. Quiet, pleasant, very accommodating with nearby amenities if you needed anything. It was just the two of us and we only stayed one night. Definitely a return trip should we visit Scotland again. Many memories still to this day. Unforgettable pleasant visit. You'll love the in room dining as well. Enjoy your stay!!!

Does anyone have recommendations for any nearby restaurants? Are any in walking distance? We are not keen on booking the 5 courses offered by the hotel.
The Laroch is superb a good 20 minute walk but well worth it. Food is gorgeous.
