Hotel is in dire need of updating. Our room had a broken shower head which staff knew about as it was taped up but still unusable in the shower fitting. Despite very warm weather our window would not open more than two inches and the room was stifling. On the second morning there was no hot water as the boiler...

Slightly belated review, as we stayed here 4 weeks ago between 27th - 29th June and had a wonderful time. In advance of our arrival we had friendly and informative booking assistance from Cinnie at Reception, so arrived on the Friday evening with high expectations. Stella gave my wife and I a warm welcome, and made us and our well-travelled...

This hotel is in quite a convenient location if you are passing through. There are some really great sites and hikes in the area as well. The hotel staff was more than helpful with any of our requests. The decor is a little outdated but that is what gives this place character. There is WiFi available which worked best in...

We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. The public areas are very stylishly decorated and our room was smallish but pleasant. We were close to the A82 but slept well both nights. Food was good in a dining room with spectacular views and staff were extremely pleasant. There is a lovely outdoor area outside the dining room kitted out with...

The public rooms at this hotel are full of character with a Scottish theme. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast was served very promptly, again by lovely friendly staff. Now the down side. For the price the rooms were appalling. Tiny room with mouldy peeling wallpaper behind the radiator and the windowsill was...

The dated 70s/80s decor should have set alarm bells ringing immediately. Things didn't improve when we checked into our room unfortunately - the bathroom was incredibly dated, the shower head wouldn't stay in place, the windows could not be opened and, worst of all, the bathroom door didn't even close enough to offer any privacy whatsoever. Our room was also...

Not the best experience at the Glencoe Inn. The rooms are very much dated and shabby. The bathroom was adequate - but only just. In the bedroom, the dressing table had the surface removed and the cheap MDF was coming away. Also if you can't deal with noise...big trucks go by late into the evening and from first thing in...

My partner and myself stayed here for 3 nights for a leisure trip around the Scottish highlands. Our welcome from Natasha was welcoming and reassuring. The hotel reception is nice with the tartan sofas and designs. The rooms are a little on the small side with limited view but we didn't mind as we where out and about all day....

I had been looking for a hotel in Glencoe/Fort William to accommodate my work colleagues and I for around a week. I was corresponding with a lovely lady called Cinnie prior to our arrival who organised our stay. It was very confusing but the staff were so accommodating. When we arrived at the Glencoe Inn, we were greater by a...
